  • A few hours after we wrote about Bimb's sweet 11th birthday wish for his mom, Kris Aquino, and his dad's birthday greeting on his Instagram account, Kris angrily took to social media to respond to James Yap's caption that he has not seen their son in a long time.

Kris posted a slideshow on her Instagram account that began with the words, “Even the nicest people have their limits.”

It was interspersed with family photos, and she calls out her ex-husband for his greeting. “Nobody is too busy, it’s just a matter of priorities,” one of the photos in the slideshow read.

“Don’t touch him. Don’t pretend like you actually care,” read two more photos.

“I’m sorry if you don’t like my honesty, but to be fair, I don’t like your lies. You want a fight. I’ll bring a war,” the last few photos read.

Kris did not hold back in her caption, writing she remained quiet for so long. “Nung tinanong ka bakit hindi ka nag-share sa tuition ni Bimb ang 'excuse' mo dahil hindi ka na-consult nung ililipat siya ng school. Sinunod ko yung annulment compromise financial agreement of 2011, which gave you millions; 2014 tayo pumirma ng compromise child support, once ka lang nag-abot ng half mo pang education ni Bimb — after the signing.

"When Bimb saw the post na binastos siya na 'baklain' siya, he shrugged it off and said, ‘Mom, who cares? My own biological dad said that about me in court, and he’s said it so many other times,” the mom of two writes.

The mom of two did not mince words when she spoke about why she thinks James isn't making an effort to reach out to her son. “Wala ka nang pakinabang kay Bimb. Wala na kasi kaming ‘power’ so bakit ka pa didikit,” she wrote, adding James could easily contact Bimb if he really wanted to.

In the end, Kris says that James’ choice not to see his son is his loss and not anyone else’s. “You are missing out on experiencing what a caring, generous, polite and lovable boy Bimb is — and it is your loss.”

She ended by saying she was ready to be bashed for airing out their dirty laundry on social media, "BUT this mother has had it with half truths and hypocrisy, and she needed to make a stand for truth."
