It’s been nearly two months since Kylie Padilla gave birth to her second son, Axl Romeo Abrenica. The actress, however, has not formally let the media and the World Wide Web see his face yet — until yesterday, January 19, 2020. For the first time, people got a better glimpse of her newborn baby.
“As soon as my kids leave my body, I want nothing more than to keep them close to me. That’s what happened with Alas, and it’s definitely what happened with Axl,” the mom of two shared along with a photo of her cuddling her newborn on the bed.
Kylie revealed that in the hospital, when Axl slept by her side for the first time, she “felt his heart slow” and found “his breath soothing and calming. We both felt the most peaceful quiet together. We were both at peace knowing we had each other,” Kylie shared.

Kylie then shared a photo of her boys having a tender moment. It appears Axl Romeo, whose face is more clearly seen albeit a side view, is looking up her loving big brother, Alas Joaquin Abrenica. She captioned the brothers’ photo with the phrase, “mini mama and mini papa.”
The mom of two had revealed it before in her previous Instagram Stories that Axl looks so much like his dad, Aljur Abrenica. “I was given what I asked for. A mini of mi amor. Let’s hope things don’t change like they did for Alas,” Kylie expressed.

The mom of two had released a slightly different one before, where Alas is kissing her baby brother. “My sons’ growing capacity for love... [and bond as brothers],” Kylie wrote as part of her daily gratitude post for the year.
