According to the 24-year-old mom-to-be, "Yung nakita na yung hubog ng baby. Yung nakita na mukha niya, nakita na yung kamay niya. Nakita na sumisipa siya, na makulit siya... Sumabog yung puso ko!" During a YouTube Q&A session with her fans, Kylie was asked what was the most memorable moment in her life, and she answered "Marami nang memorable sa buhay, pero ang masasabi ko talaga, itong pagdating ng unico hijo ko. Ilang beses ko na sinabi ito. Pinangarap ko talaga, if ever magkakaanak ako, lalake yung first," she added. The former Encantadia actress revealed that in her first trimester, she had morning sickness all day. Kylie also hinted that her due date is "malapit na malapit na" and that she's giving birth "sa kalagitnaan ng taong ito." (pep.ph)

The 25th of April 2017 is not only Davao City's ACQ International Children's Day, it also marks the 74th birthday of Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy, founder and leader of the Philippine-based Restorationist church, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. This year, instead of a traditional party, the pastor opted to treat less-fortunate kids to a day of fun to let "them exprience what the rich kids' experience" -- and it includes a giant cake! 

Aside from the giant birthday cake for kids, there were also two parades similar to Disneyland's at the KJC Compound in Sasa, Davao. There were larger-than-life floats, performers, and skaters at the parade, some of whom came all the way from Ukraine. Popular cartoon and sci-fi characters such as the Transformers, Star Wars, Power Rangers, Winnie the Pooh, and Disney Princesses were also seen at the party. Michelle Van Eimeren talks about parenting teens

"My relationship with my mom has really evolved over the years, obviously, as I’ve grown," Leila Alcasid shared on the ABS-CBN morning talk show Magandang Buhay where she recently guested with mom Michelle van Eimeren. "I’m now becoming a real adult, I guess, so now I’d say that mom is like my best friend. I mean, she’s always been like that, but especially now that I’m older. Because I can trust her, I can tell her anything...maybe even stuff you don’t necessarily tell your parents," she added. Michelle recounted how Leila couldn't look her in the eye after she had her first kiss, and immediately the mom knew something was up. Instead of getting mad, Michelle talked to her daughter calmly. "You know, we listen to our kids. [para] tulungan sila, ‘di ba? So kung magagalit ako, siyempre [ang] sunod [na] mangayari, ayaw [na niya sabihin sa akin kung ano ginagawa] niya," Michelle advised. The former Miss Universe Australia then told her eldest the importance of waiting for those right moments in romance and relationships. "Huwag mo ibibigay yung mga ganun kahit sino naman. Frozen 2 and other Disney films get release dates!

The much-anticipated sequel to the blockbuster animated movie Frozen already has a release date. It's still a long wait, but you can now tell your kids that Frozen 2 will open in theaters on November 27, 2019. Directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee will return, and hopefully we'll also hear the voices of actors Josh Gad (Olaf), Kristen Bell (Anna) and Idina Menzel (Elsa) again, but this is yet to be confirmed by the studio.  

Other Disney films were confirmed via their release dates: director Ava Duvernay's take on A Wrinkle in Time will premiere on March 9, 2018; Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 moves a few months later to November 21, 2018; the new Lion King live-action movie, with John Favreau (Iron Man and The Jungle Book) at the helm, is set for July 19, 2019. On the space saga front, the still-untitled Han Solo film will open on May 25, 2018, while Star Wars: Episode IX is due on May 24, 2019 (the previous Star Wars episodes have always been released in December). Director Steven Spielberg's Indiana Jones will hit theaters July 10, 2020. (eonline.com)


Pampers launches "smallest diaper" for preeemies

It exists, and it's three sizes smaller than the regular newborn-sized nappy, which doesn't fit preemies comfortably. The Pampers Preemie Protection Size P3 perfectly fits babies weighing less than 1.8 pounds or 800 grams, and is designed to minimize disruption and help with sleep, positioning, and medical care for premature infants. The diaper manufacturing company is donating three million of them to U.K. hospitals' neonatal units, and, together with its partner charity for babies born premature or sick, Bliss, aims to get the nappies to premature babies that need them. 

"As a parent of two preemies myself, I am extremely proud that we have created a nappy which meets the very unique needs of premature babies and those that care for them," said Ian Morley, commercial director at P&G, the company that owns Pampers. A few months ago, Huggies also launched its own "smallest diaper" to be distributed in neonatal intensive care units in hospitals in North America. (huffingtonpost.co.uk)
