  • Lara Quigaman and Marco Alcaraz recently held a virtual gender reveal party for their third baby, and shared the special moment on their YouTube channel. They are having another baby boy!

Emotions ran high when their firstborn Noah found out he was going to have another baby brother. Noah, who is turning 8 years old this November, walked away after seeing the blue confetti from the balloon.

Marco followed his son and found him sobbing in their bathroom. The boy wanted to have a baby sister.

Lara and Marco have two boys: Noah and Tobias, who will turn two years old this September 2020. They announced on May 11, 2020 that they are expecting another child due to arrive in September as well.

Noah was not alone in his expectations. Many of Lara and Marco's family members were hoping for a baby girl as well. Their family members attended the gender reveal party through the video conference app Zoom.

As for Lara and Marco, they were simply happy to receive another blessing from God. The couple already knew their baby's gender a day before everyone else did. Marco did hope for a baby girl, but he was still happy to have another boy.

As a fan of the late Kobe Bryant, the actor even quipped that they only need two more babies to officially become a basketball team. Since Kobe was a father to four daughters, it made Marco wonder about having a daughter of his own.

He said, "Parang maganda rin na may babae, but, at the same time, gusto ko rin ng lalake. Parang torn ako kung ano talaga gusto ko. Basta healthy talaga."

Lara, for her part, already had a strong hunch that she was carrying a baby boy. Like what happened when she was pregnant with sons Noah and Tobias, Lara had dreams about taking care of a baby boy.

"Aw, baby boy. I knew it!" the actress said after learning about the gender. "Sabi ko sa iyo, e... Ngayon ko napatunayan tama mga panaginip kom she said.

"I dreamt of this baby boy twice. And sa panaginip ko, sobrang pogi, sobrang big baby. I'm happy. I'm really happy," Lara added.

Lara then asked their subscribers and followers not to say "sayang" just because they're not having a baby girl. Instead, the future mother of three said she wanted her third son to feel loved.

She said, "Hindi sayang ang baby namin. Kahit hindi siya girl, kahit boy siya, we are very happy that this is a baby boy, and I'm so excited... This baby is a gift, this baby is a blessing, and, even now, I speak blessing over this baby.

"I pray that the baby will never feel unwanted or, parang, he will feel bad kasi a lot of people, you know, want him to be a girl... God knows what is best," she added.
