  • LOOK: Aga and Charlene's twins are all grown up now!

It's rare for Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzalez to post photos of their twins on social media, which is why when they did so recently, the couple's fans rejoiced. Aga shared a photo of his pretty daughter Atasha on Instagram and captioned it, "Dad's little girl is growing up so fast!" Charlene, on the other hand, posted on Instagram a photo of Andres with his dad. "My two boys taking care of me on my rest day," she wrote. Atasha and Andres are now 15 years old and it looks like living a life away from the spotlight has done them good. Both posts have been filled with comments complimenting how goodlooking the twins are, saying they surely have what it takes to make it big in showbiz. However, Aga is adamant that their kids won't follow their showbiz path, or not yet at least. "Mag-aartista sila pagkatapos ng eskuwela nila at kung gusto nila, tutulungan ko pa sila," Aga had said in previous interviews. (pep.ph)

Rufa Mae Quinto: "Weight can wait."

In an interview with DZRH's Showbiz Talk Ganern, the sexy comedienne and new mom admitted it may take a while before she could get back to work. "Siyempre, recovery, 'tapos 'yung weight ko, kailangan magpasabog. Pero hindi pa dahil nagpapa-lactate pa ... so, take time ... Siguro mga guesting lang muna," she said. Rufa Mae said that losing weight is the least of her priorities as she's breastfeeding baby Alexandria. "Siyempre 'yung buhay ng baby, lahat ng kinakain niya, yung gatas niya, ... nakasalalay sa nanay. So mahirap iwanan dahil alam mo yun, isang beses lang naman na naging newborn siya, so push na."

Rufa Mae also disclosed that baby Alexandria will have only one godfather and several godmothers, although she and husband Trevor still have not decided who. They plan to raise their daughter here instead of the U.S. where Trevor grew up. "Gusto namin palakihin ang anak namin dito, kasi siyempre, iba pa rin 'yung values at culture ng Pilipino... siyempre gusto namin matutong mag-po at opo. Marunong mag-Tagalog, mag-Kapampangan, bago siya mag-English," Rufa Mae said. How the new mom is going at motherhood could be summed up by her famous catchphrase: "Todo na 'to!" (pep.ph)

LEGO's upcoming new release screams girl power!

In July last year, Maia Weinstock, a science communicator and editor of MIT News, proposed a new set of minifigures to LEGO Ideas. By August, it has reached the 10,000 supporters needed for Lego's consideration. And now, LEGO had just confirmed that the set, called Women of NASA, is set for release later this year. Currently, the set includes Sally Ride, the first American woman in space; Mae Jemison, the first African-American woman in space; Katherine Johnson, a scientist and mathematician immortalized in the Oscar-nominated movie Hidden Figures (she helped compute take-off and landing trajectories of astronauts going into space during the Apollo program); Margaret Hamilton, a NASA scientist who developed software for the Apollo program; and Nancy Grace Roman, a NASA astronomer known for her work with the Hubble Space Telescope. Women have played a critical role in U.S.'s space program, and this new LEGO aims to honor these women who have yet to receive proper credit and recognition for their amazing contributions. CloudPets stuffed toys have a major security breach

According to a report by security researcher Troy Hunt, over 820,000 CloudPets user account data were exposed, including 2.2 million of voice-recorded messages. CloudPets are stuffed animal toys that connect to mobile apps and lets parents and loved ones send recorded messages to their children. Creating an account with CloudPets means you have to disclose your child's name, an email address, a photo, and some other sensitive information, all of which are stored in the 'cloud'. Hunt said the cloud storage was breached simply because it was not secure and didn't even require authentication to get access. The database was indexed and uploaded on the web, albeit it’s no longer accessible at this time. This is not the first security breach for internet-connected toys; previously, Hunt also discovered a flaw in VTech gadgets that leaked data on millions of parents and kids, while Germany recently told parents to trash Cayla dolls over hacking potential. The Sound of Music and West Side Story to be staged in Manila this year
Two award-winning international productions are set to come to Manila for the first time in 2017. The Sound of Music tells the uplifting true story of Maria, the fun-loving governess who changes the lives of the widowed Captain Von Trapp and his seven children by re-introducing them to music.
