It used to be a toss-up between Robin and Mariel as to who their daughter resembles more, but Mariel's recent Instagram post leaves us with no doubt. "Good morning from the twins!!! Little Robin and Isabella!!! Grabbed Robin's photo from Ate Rema who from the start said that Isabella was Robin's female version," the new mom wrote on Instagram as a caption for a collage photo of her daughter and childhood pictures of her husband. CHED approves tuition hike in 268 private higher education institutions
The Commission on Higher Education (CHED), via a statement, said the increase in tuition and fees would take effect in the incoming school year, 2017 to 2018. The 268 higher education institutions (HEIs) that will charge higher fees represent only 16 percent of the total number of HEIs in the country, CHED said. The average tuition hike is 6.96 percent or P86.68 per unit, while the increase in other school fees will be 6.9 percent or P243. "For its part, CHED ensures that HEIs meet the guidelines provided by law, especially the requirement of consultation, the proper allocation of tuition fees, and strict adherence with the processes that seek to make tuition and other school fee increases transparent, reasonable and affordable," the commission said. 'BBC dad' and kids appear in Korean reality show

Professor Robert Kelly and his family are back on the small screen, this time on a Korean reality-variety show called The Return of Superman. "Because of this program, I have a nice opportunity to spend more time with my kids during the day which I don't get to do much," said Kelly, who is a political science professor, in the video. The teaser video posted by KBS Entertainment on YouTube shows Kelly running around and having fun with his four-year-old daughter Marion and one-year-old son James. As expected, they are so cute! James is just crawling about all over the home, while Marion is jumping around, hugging her little brother, eating snacks, and just being herself. The family seems to spend a lot of time on the floor playing. Korea-based Australian comedian Sam Hammington and son William also visited the Kelly family at their home, and it looks like one-year-olds William and James will have a face-off (too bad we couldn't understand their dialogue in Korean). The Return of Superman is a show about celebrity dads who are left to take care of their children alone for 48 hours. (abs-cbn.com)
