Keeping in touch with loved ones and life in general has since been revolutionized with the introduction of smartphones and 24/7 data connection.
We also now have all sorts of pregnancy and parenting apps that help in organizing the home, caring for the little ones, and raising generally good kids. Plus, messaging—whether it’s with the hubby, nanny, grandparents, or girlfriends—is now easier. And fun, too, with emojis of cute cats, comfort food, smileys, hearts, and kisses.
Even more so now, when emojis have finally jumped on the parenting wagon. Diaper-maker company Luvs introduced a custom emoji keyboard app called Momoji, the emojis for moms!
Emojis, according to Wikipedia, are "ideograms or smileys used in electronic messages"—that is, text messages, e-mails, and the like. It has been increasingly popular nowadays, what with the fast-paced life we all have. When you, Mom, don't have the time to compose a grammatically correct reply (read: sleep-deprived mom or cranky baby), emojis can now come to the rescue.

Luvs have dubbed it the "Official Keyboard of Experienced Parents." According to its website, "because when it comes to parenting, sometimes words just aren’t enough." The Momoji keyboard "gives parents more ways to easily express all the emotions that come with real-life parenting," said one Luvs representative to the Huffington Post.
The Momoji keyboard features almost everything parenting. It has a positive pregnancy test, nursing bra, onesie, baby monitor, diaper, stroller, bib, baby-food jar, feeding bottle, different baby expressions, and poop in six (yes, six!) different colors! There's also the good ol’ moms' go-to pick-me-up faves like coffee, ice cream, and a corkscrew for wine (hell yeah!). Plus it has gifs, too!

With Momoji, you can now convey your parenting joys and fails with one click. They're so cute they can definitely be addictive to use–your text messaging habits will never be the same again.
But don't forget to unplug once in a while. While these momojis are heaven-sent for moms, Mariel Uyquiengco of The Learning Basket writes, "[Unplugging from your phones] will allow you to breathe, pursue interests, and accomplish other things", while actually enjoying moments with your baby.
That said, go ahead and download them now!
The Momoji Keyboard from Luvs is available to download for free for iOS and Android.
