Over the weekend, Singer Sitti Navarro took to Instagram to share that she and her three-month old baby Osseah Lucille Ramirez have been in isolation due to Covid-19.
"Can’t say I’m not enjoying my isolation (emoji) this is the most time I’ve gotten to spend with Lucybubs," she shared in her post, referring to her bunso.
Sitti mentioned that her symptoms are mild, as she only experienced, "colds. Slight fatigue on day 2, headache on day 1. Did not have fever." She also revealed that her quarantine gave her a much-needed break.
"Ngayon lang talaga ako tunay na nakapagpahinga since giving birth almost 4 months ago," she wrote.
It's common for pregnant women to have very detailed birth plans, and yet have no postpartum care plan. Ob-gyn Mariel S. Nevado-Gammad, M.D. stressed that whatever arrangements moms made to help themselves cope with the first few weeks of sleepless nights (also known as the fourth trimester), it must be put into writing.

"It’s not only the mom who should know about the plan but everyone in the immediate family. Expectations can be written here as well," she told SmartParenting.com.ph in an interview where she shared how to create a post-partum plan.
In the same post, Sitti shared that both her children are not showing any symptoms, thankfully. "Lilibubs and Lucybubs still showing no symptoms so far. Thank You Lord for this time, for Your Grace, for Your healing and protection,” the mom said.
Earlier last week, Sitti also posted that her husband has ended his isolation and is the one taking care of the eldest, Issiah Dañelle, a.k.a. Lilibubs. "Thank You Lord mild lang yung covid strain na tumama sa kanya - all his symptoms: one day fever, colds, cough and itchy throat all point to Omicron (also, vaccines work!!!)," she posted.
