SP Holds Successful Meet n GreetSeveral lucky readers got the chance to meet the editorial staff of Smart Parenting in an afternoon filled with practical parenting advice and discussions.
Last Tuesday, November 29, at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, the editorial staff of Smart Parenting magazine, comprised of editor-in-chief Mia Fausto-Cruz, managing editor Nikki Constantino, art director Jenny Inumerable, senior staff writer Rachel Perez, along with editorial assistant Maika Bernardo, warmly welcomed a handful of selected readers to the SP Meet and Greet event.
Associate publisher Melody Lalata, along with Publishing Assistant Teeffany Go, were also present. SmartParenting.com.ph managing editor Lei Sison as well as staff writer Steph Esguerra, also joined in the interesting discussions with Smart Parenting readers.
The afternoon’s activities was officially opened with a talk by relationship coach Aileen Santos, who discussed the value of words and labels that parents put upon their kids, using as example the amazing experiment conducted by Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto, which illustrated the effects of positively- and negatively-charged words on the crystalline formations made by both clean and dirty water.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
The editorial staff then divided themselves among different tables in order to facilitate a discussion on what they love about Smart Parenting and what their comments and suggestions are to improve it.
