Last Friday, October 2, the city government launched the "Blended Learning: Tele-Aral Program," which Reportr describes as "a carefully crafted curriculum and new learning system" designed to ensure kids continue to learn at home amid the COVID-19 pandemic. It involves modules, tutorial services, and now Tele-Aral.
One of its components is the Tele-Aral Center at the Senator Rene Cayetano Science and Technology High School. The facility has at least 70 teachers who will be on call from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays.
During the launch, Lino Cayetano, the mayor of Taguig City, explains Tele-Aral will serve Taguig City parents and kids who have questions about their modules

It's the same process if they call the program's hotline.
