The iconic dolls from the ‘80s are getting a high tech makeover. The new Cabbage Patch Kid Baby So Real doll will be equipped with tiny sensors and LCD eyes. Plus, it talks and coos, and comes with a corresponding app. Wicked Cool Toys and Israel-based tech provider Seebo developed the new concept. 5. “Dead” Chinese baby awakes before being cremated A Chinese baby boy who was declared dead a day before and had spent the night in the morgue miraculously awakes before his cremation. The preemie baby, born in January, spent 23 days in an incubator before his dad took him home to celebrate the Lunar New Year. His condition worsened thereafter, and was declared dead on February 4; his heart stopped beating, said the doctor.
