1. Baby Zia's voice debuts on TV
Well, it's more like her coos. While guesting on the show Tonight With Arnold Clavio, actor and producer Dingdong Dantes got a surprise live call from his wife, actress Marian Rivera, and his daughter Baby Letizia. The little girl's voice was heard on live TV—and the delight on the proud new dad's face was evident. Dingdong also talked about how he and Marian are tackling baby duties. "Sa ngayon talaga kunwari nagising siya [Marian] ng madaling araw, sinusubukan ko ring magising. Pero sa kanya talaga, karamihan ng work, trabaho sa kanya. So saludo ako sa kanya," he said. 2. High School Musical 4 is happening!
Disney just announced that it is officially going to make the fourth installment, a TV movie for the popular High School Musical franchise. The movie that skyrocketed Zac Efron's career in 2006 and made a generation of kids into musical lovers will feature new East High Wildcats and also their basketball rivals, the West High Knights. Whether some of the original cast Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Lucas Grabeel, and Monique Coleman are returning or not, we're expecting a big comeback. (eonline.com)
3. Another harmful chemical to watch out for
The World Health Organization (WHO) has just declared mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) in the "probably causes cancer" category. MBT is a chemical found in common rubber products such as rubber gloves, condoms, elastic bands, car tires, and soft playground surfaces, and babies' pacifiers. But before you panic and throw that pacifier in the bin, experts also stress the risk is higher for factory workers who manufacture the rubber products rather than the people who use it. You can look at it this way: MBT is as possibly cancerous as eating red meat. (telegraph.co.uk)
