The TV host has given birth to her and husband pro baller JC Intal’s first baby, a daughter they named Lucia. The new parents both posted a photo on their Instagram accounts to share the good news. Bianca wrote, “Hello, Lucia Martine Gonzalez Intal. WHAT A FEELING!!!! Thank you Lord for a healthy, happy, safe, and normal delivery.” JC, on the other hand, also paid tribute to his wife: “This is the BEST feeling in the world! 3. Kelly Clarkson reveals second baby’s gender The singer took to Instagram to announce that her second baby is going to be a boy! Kelly shared a photo of her and husband Brandon Blackstock’s 16-month-old daughter River Rose with the caption. “In other news, River’s gonna have a little baby brother #Itsaboy We’re so excited!” The American Idol alum announced her pregnancy in impromptu fashion, in the middle of one of her Piece by Piece tour concerts. 5. Mammogram guidelines get another overhaul The American Cancer Society, in a rather controversial move, updated their guidelines for when and how often a woman should get a mammogram or breast checks. It now recommends women who are at average risk for breast cancer to begin regular annual mammogram screenings at age 45, instead of the previously recommended age of 40. Women also have the option to switch to having their screening every other year when they hit 55. The new recommendations emphasize a more personal approach to screening. (time.com)
