1. Bianca Gonzalez Intal gives birth! Meet Baby Lucia!

The TV host has given birth to her and husband pro baller JC Intal’s first baby, a daughter they named Lucia. The new parents both posted a photo on their Instagram accounts to share the good news. Bianca wrote, “Hello, Lucia Martine Gonzalez Intal. WHAT A FEELING!!!! Thank you Lord for a healthy, happy, safe, and normal delivery.” JC, on the other hand, also paid tribute to his wife: “This is the BEST feeling in the world! So proud of you @iamsuperbianca for being so brave and strong for our little princess. Thank you Lord for the healthy, happy, safe, and normal delivery. It's been only a couple of hours, Lucia, but you already filled our hearts with so much love and joy. We love you!” (pep.ph)

2. The key to a happy marriage is… 
New research from the University of Georgia found that the key to a happy and lasting marriage is regularly expressing gratitude. The study, which was published in the journal Personal Relationships, interviewed 468 married couples about their relationship satisfaction. Feeling appreciated and believing your better half values you influences the marriage greatly; it shows how committed one is is to the marriage, and that you believe it will last. “Thank you” is really a powerful statement. 3. Kelly Clarkson reveals second baby’s gender
The singer took to Instagram to announce that her second baby is going to be a boy! Kelly shared a photo of her and husband Brandon Blackstock’s 16-month-old daughter River Rose with the caption. “In other news, River’s gonna have a little baby brother #Itsaboy We’re so excited!” The American Idol alum announced her pregnancy in impromptu fashion, in the middle of one of her Piece by Piece tour concerts. She recently cancelled dates for the remainder of her tour because of doctor’s orders. (people.com)  

4. Australian actress Rose Byrne is pregnant!
The “Neighbors” star and her boyfriend, fellow actor Bobby Cannavale are expecting their first child. The surprise and sudden announcement came in the form of Rose flaunting her growing baby bump at the Los Angeles airport. This will be the first child for both of them. They began dating in 2012 and have co-starred in movies such as Spy, Annie, and Adult Beginners. Working on multiple films together will definitely help them co-parent in the future. (people.com) 

5. Mammogram guidelines get another overhaul
The American Cancer Society, in a rather controversial move, updated their guidelines for when and how often a woman should get a mammogram or breast checks. It now recommends women who are at average risk for breast cancer to begin regular annual mammogram screenings at age 45, instead of the previously recommended age of 40. Women also have the option to switch to having their screening every other year when they hit 55. The new recommendations emphasize a more personal approach to screening.
