The former estranged couple are in good terms--they're very good friends, according to Claudine Barretto. The actress also said that she and Raymart have not yet formally started on the process of annulment. "We're really trying our best talaga to be good parents. Kasi nga, nag-fail na po kami as husband and wife sa mga anak namin. So, we don't wanna fail as parents naman," she said in an interview. The two decided to focus on co-parenting their two kids, Sabina, and Santino. She adds that they now have a good solid foundation for their kids. (pep.ph)

The bride-to-be had another bridal shower, her third, and this time it was organized by Eat Bulaga co-host Ruby Rodriguez and event stylist Mabel Sotto. Pauleen is set to tie the knot with actor-TV host Vic Sotto later this month. The Dabarkads who attended the event wore shirts that had "Poleng 01.30.16" and "I am the final answer" on them, answering the question written at the back of the shirts Vic’s friends wore at his stag party. They used the hashtag #PolengTheFinalAnswer on Instagram to share photos. Her first bridal shower was a calligraphy session with her friends Sherilyn Reyes Tan, Camille Prats et al, and the second was with the Sotto ladies, including Vic's daughter Danica, niece Ciara, and daughter-in-law Kristine Hermosa, as they took a shot at Breakout Philippines' escape challenge. 3. Eating fish during pregnancy tied to brain benefits for kids
According to a new study from Barcelona, Spain, pregnant women who eat at least three sizeable servings of fish each week could give their children brain benefits. Researchers found that kids whose moms ate a lot of fish while pregnant with them have improved brain functions at age five compared to children of mothers who ate the least fish during pregnancy. Seafood has been an important source of essential nutrients, but the U.S. Food and Drug Administration currently recommends only 12 ounces of fish per week for pregnant women to avoid too much mercury. 4. "High School Musical" cast reuniting for TV special
They're all in this together. The High School Musical original cast will reunite to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the hit popular movie. Vanessa Hudgens (who played Gabriella Montez), Ashley Tisdale (Sharpay Evans), Luca Grabeel (Ryan Evans), Corbin Bleu (Chad Danforth), and Monique Coleman (Taylor McKessie) have taped a few segments for the TV special which will air on Disney Channel in the U.S. on Wednesday, January 20. Zac Efron (Troy Bolton) will join the gang via a pre-taped message. High School Musical first aired in 2006. (people.com)
