2. Mom’s voice boosts preemie’s brain Hearing a mother’s voice develops a premature baby’s brain, according to a new study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Even three hours a day of exposure to mom’s voice and heartbeat is enough to give a preemie a good dose of boost in terms of development and maturation in the auditory cortex, the area of the brain responsible for hearing and processing sounds. 3. J.Lo and ex Marc Anthony in bold co-parenting selfie
Singer-actress Jennifer Lopez and ex-husband Marc Anthony snapped a family “self-we” as their twins Max and Emme turned seven on February 22. The two split in 2011, but it didn’t stop them from celebrating the kids' birthday together. Jennifer says on co-parenting: “I feel it's my responsibility as a mom when their dad is not there to let them know that their dad loves them very much, because that's the doubt that they have when he's not around or they haven't seen him. 4. Conjoined twin girls successfully separated Knatalye Hope and Adeline Faith Mata were born conjoined at the chest and abdomen in April 2014. They spent 10 months attached to each other until, on February 17, the girls were successfully separated through surgery at the Texas Children’s Hospital. A team of more than 26 medical professionals took hours to separate their chest wall, lungs, diaphragm, liver, intestines, colon, pelvis, and heart lining. Knatalye was in surgery for 23 hours, Adeline for 26. (yahoo.com)
5. Three dads “experience” pregnancy

Three dads in the U.K. willingly signed up for the whole pregnancy shebang -— broken sleep, frequent trips to the toilet, and aching backs —- as they donned empathy bellies. Jason Bramley, Steve Hanson and Jonny Biggins wore 33-pound baby bump suits (which also came with fake breasts!) to show solidarity with expectant mothers and promote their book The Book of Mums. The empathy bellies gave them a pretty good idea what a pregnant woman in her third trimester is going through. (mashable.com)
