— Teddy O' Malley (@TeddyOMalley1) October 22, 2015Seems fitting that retail giant’s Halloween-costume ad features a little girl with braces and crutches as Queen Elsa of the hit movie Frozen. Since it was posted on the Facebook by user Jen Spickenagel Kroll, whose daughter has a disability, it has received nothing but praise for celebrating diversity. Jen thanked Target for including special-needs children in their advertisements to "make them less of a spectacle to the general public when they venture out into the real world." This is not the first time Target has gotten headlines for celebrating diversity. In 2012, it featured a girl with Down syndrome in its ads. (mashable.com)
