    Events coordinator Teena Barretto shared via her Instagram account a breastfeeding photo of the Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera. "Sya ang padede mom! At walang makakapigil sa kanya," Barretto captioned the post. She and a few friends of Marian visited her in her home. It seems that the new-mom is doing well, including in the breastfeeding department. Before giving birth, Marian has said that she was looking forward to nursing her baby. She even had a one-on-one breastfeeding and lactation counselling session with Joyce Ann Zaragosa Martinez via The Parenting Emporium.

    "Bubble Gang” mainstay Chariz Solomon gives birth to her second child, a son she named Ali Joakim, on Thursday, December 17. She recounted her birthing story via Instagram. "Sobrang ninerbyos ako sa repeat CS operation ko. My first emergency CS operation with Apollo kasi, kailangan akong patulugin bigla. So wala akong masyadong naalala," she captioned a post. This time she was partially awak. Her husband Nestor sang to her their favorite song, Aerosmith's "I don't want to miss a thing," in the operating room to relax her.     3. The Rock shares daughter's first photo and her name

    Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has shared the very first photo of her new baby daughter--Jasmine--via Instagram. "Christmas came early! Within minutes of being born she was laying on daddy's chest. And being a grateful man takes on a whole new meaning... Thank you guys so much for the awesome congratulatory wishes and love you've been sending [Lauren] and myself," he captioned the post. Johnson also shared his two-cents for future fathers: "“To all you young men out there who will be fathers one day, the goal of ‘being better’ will never steer you wrong. Trust me. Something else that’ll never steer you wrong is ‘walking thru the fire’ with your baby’s mama." He was with Hashian all throughout the birthing process and he described the experience incredible.



    4. Nasal spray flu vaccine safe for kids with allergies
    The new flu vaccine given via nasal spray is deemed safe for kids, even those with egg allergies, says a new U.K. study. The intranasal flu vaccine contains live but weakened flu virus and a small amount of egg protein--and it works well to prevent flu. What's more, it is not administered via injection. The study published in the journal BMJ also found that even for kids with well-controlled asthma, the nasal vaccine is safe. Yearly, kids are recommended to get the flu vaccine, as the virus the spreads it tend to change over time. The U.S. guidelines recommend both the nasal spray and the injection, with no preference for one or the other. (gmanetwork.com


    5. Prince George is off to nursery school next year
    The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge announced last week that they are sending two-year-old Prince George to nursery school next year. The nursery school is Westacre Montessori School in East Walton and it's near their country home Anmer Hall in Norfolk. "There's no set format, but it will be roughly around a couple of days a week," the royal source tells People. The school's main teaching approach is one that encourages freedom of thought. "We are looking forward to welcoming George to our nursery where he will get the same special experience as all of our children," the school said in a statement issued by the couple's office at Kensington Palace.
