1. Students join 'Marcos Not A Hero' nationwide protests
ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOWStudents from De La Salle University, DLSU Law, College of Saint Benilde, St. Scholastica's College, and Arellano Law kicked off the anti-Marcos protests this week with a rally and noise barrage held at Taft Avenue on November 24. The young generation, together with their teachers and school administrators, condemn historical revisionism and express their outrage over the hasty and sneaky burial of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
CONTINUE READING BELOWwatch nowOn November 25, students from various universities in Metro Manila (University of the Philippines in Diliman and Manila, the University of Santo Tomas, De La Salle University, and St. Scholastica's College, to name a few) marched to Luneta with other sectors, to join the older generation's fight to seek justice for Martial Law victims and to make sure one of the darkest periods in the country's history is not repeated. One student who joined the rally urges others not to believe everything on social media, but to research and read, especially about the human rights atrocities and plunder during the Martial Law.
The "Marcos Not A Hero" protest on November 25 was dubbed as the National Day of Rage and Unity. On November 30, another mass protest is scheduled at the People Power Monument.

I will behave and not do anything stupid, I will work harder, and spend as much time with them as possible." In another post, Chito talked about how proud he is of Neri, who is really afraid of injections and needles. "Kung alam nyo lang kung gaano kahirap yung pinagdaanan nya sa pagbubuntis at panganganak, at kung paano nya buong tapang na tiniis at hinarap, mabibilib din talaga kayo," he wrote.
