It begins with the close-up shots of Kaye, with her voice-over saying, "Reality sets the moment I open my eyes and see you in front of me." The next frame is Paul Jake, who answers, "You in front of me, and all I see is all my future mornings beginning now and here." 3. Wacth the first trailer for Despicable Me 3!

Gru (Steve Carell) is back, but the first trailer of the third Despicable Me movie introduces us to its new nefarious villain: Balthazar Bratt (Trey Parker), who happens to be the ‘80s-obsessed! So you get to watch the trailer while listening to Michael Jackson's "Bad" (Balthazar evens moonwalks on water). He even dares Gru to a dance off to Phil Collin's "Sussudio." Of course, Gru's wife, Agent Lucy (Kristen Wiig), will help Gru in their mission to stop Balthazar. The trailer doesn't show us the girls Margo, Edith, and Agnes and Gru's brother Dru (also voiced by Steve Carell), however. We feel another trailer release coming! Starting today, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) will crack down on taxi cab drivers "who refuse to ferry passengers or charge fixed, exorbitant rates" during this busy, traffic-laden holiday season. LTFRB‘s Oplan "Isbanero" will deploy over 100 enforcers and personnel to various malls all over Metro Manila to set up passengers’ assistance desks in the mall taxi bays, and also ensure that cab drivers have coins with them to be able to give exact change to their passengers. Complaints against a taxi cab driver will mean a fine of P5,000 for a first offense. Recently, the Lawyers for Commuters Safety and Protection also said they would assign volunteer lawyers to high-traffic areas, such as malls and bus terminals, to give the public “on-the-spot legal assistance” against unscrupulous taxi drivers. Well, maybe not yet, but it looks like it's in the list of things to learn for the adorable toddler. "Do you I think I will ever learn to speak Chinese? I need it when I grow up. The man on TV said it's important for job security," the caption on her Instagram video of her listening to what sounded like a Chinese children's song. Towards the end, you'll hear her dad Hayden Kho singing the song, too. We've seen Scarlet learn how to read, count, swim, and many more. With her Chinese heritage, we won't be surprised if she turns out to be fluent in that language as well.
