The sexy actress started working out to get back into shape four weeks after she gave birth. Recently, Michelle shared two exercise videos, and before anyone could comment on them, the new mom clarified that she hadgotten her doctor's approval before she started exercising.
"Before I hear y'alls unsolicited advice... yes, I am cleared by my OB for those who are wondering," she wrote in the caption. "I have been resting on my off days and don't usually force myself if I'm dead tired or feeling sick," she shared. Michelle also clarified that she isn't working out just to get her curves back. "Working out isn't just to look good. I feel great after I sweat my a** off at the gym," she stressed.
At 130 pounds postpartum, the new mom admitted she still looks two months pregnant, feeling soft on her abdominal side, but she's working on it. "I am in no rush to lose it right away because it took 9 months to gain all these baby fats! I am taking it one day at a time," Michelle said.CONTINUE READING BELOWRecommended Videos
The new mom also revealed that she had diastasis recti, or "when the rectus abdominis muscles in your abdomen separate during pregnancy, leaving a gap that allows your belly to pooch out." She says that the exercise can help a new mom who had it, while advising preggos to exercise regularly as this lessens the probability of having it.

WHO denies recommending Dengvaxia; DOH sets up dengue vaccine hotlines
The World Health Organization (WHO) clarified that it had never recommended including the vaccine in the immunization program. "WHO's position on the dengue vaccine was published in July 2016, based on recommendations of the strategic group of experts on immunization which met and published preliminary advice in mid-April 2016. The WHO position paper did not include a recommendation to countries to introduce the dengue vaccine into their national immunization programs," the agency's statement said.
In response to the controversy, the Department of Health (DOH) has opened service hotlines to address questions. Sanofi Pasteur recently revealed new recommendations for Dengvaxia, the world's first ever dengue vaccine, which was administered to more than 700,000 public school students in Metro Manila and Regions III and IV through the DOH immunization program last year. Senator Risa Hontiveros called on the department to set up a database and monitor the children, especially those who have been given the vaccine shots but have never been infected with dengue, since Sanofi said the vaccine could have adverse effects on them. Parents and citizens who have questions about dengue vaccine may call (02) 711-1001 or (02) 711-1002. (gmanetwork.com)
Success! First baby born from a uterus transplant in the U.S.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
This is every bit a good news for women who are longing to bear children. "This first live birth to a uterus transplant recipient in the United States was a milestone in our work to solve absolute uterine factor infertility. [It is] more importantly, a beautiful moment of love and hope for a mother who had been told she would never be able to carry her own child," said Giuliano Testa, M.D., principal investigator of the uterine transplant clinical trial at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, the hospital where the baby was born. The new mother was born without a uterus and received a uterus transplant as part of a landmark clinical trial conducted over the past year and a half. Eight babies whose mothers carried them to term via their transplanted uterus have been successfully delivered in Sweden, but the baby boy is the first successful delivery using the same technique in the U.S. (popsugar.com)
