You May Find These Talks Useful if Your Child Is in Speech Therapy
To be held at a convention of speech therapists, the talks aim to help parents become more involved in the intervention and therapy process.by SmartParenting Staff .
Raising a child who has been diagnosed with speech and language disorder? You may find the help your child will need at a series of talks at the first convention of the Philippine Association of Speech Pathologists (PASP) to be held at SMX Convention Center in SM Aura, Taguig on July 23 and 24.
While the two-day convention will be attended mostly by doctors and professionals, PASP has organized talks that aim to increase the personal involvement of family members in the intervention and therapy process. Parents with children who are hearing impaired and have issues with articulation and language can learn how they can support and manage their child’s special needs.
We encourage parents to check out the talks of Dr. Anthony Koutsoftas and Dr. Aurorita Roldan on day one, and Dr. Rachel Reyes and Dr. Aurora Quipit on day two.
Here’s the schedule of talks.
