Filipino tourists can now add Bali, Indonesia to their list of places to fly to in 2022, as the island destination has scrapped mandatory on-arrival testing and quarantines.
Fully vaccinated tourists with Philippine passports can fly directly to Bali on a Visa on Arrival system. Visas can be purchased upon arrival in Bali, Indonesia.
These are the latest guidelines as of April 2022, but may change depending on the COVID situation in Indonesia and the Philippines.
All vaccine brands are accepted by Indonesia.
Keep in mind that your flight needs to go directly from the Philippines to Bali, Indonesia. This means landing at other airports in Indonesia is still prohibited.
Visas may be bought in the arrival halls of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali. It will last for 30 days and may be extended once.
Your accomodation or lodging should be certified to have met the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability) guidelines of Indonesia. A total of 64 hotels are accredited. (Click here to see list of accredited hotels)

Upon arrival, tourists must undergo a COVID-19 symptom check, including a body temperature check. Visitors can skip the test if they show no symptom of COVID-19 and body temperature is below 37.5 degrees Celsius.
Quarantine is no longer mandatory for fully vaccinated indivduals.
