LOOK: Iya, Drew Arellano and Kids Go To Family's First Trip To Boracay"I struggled with getting the kids out of the swimming pool on our last day."by Angela Baylon .
Celebrity couple Iya Villania and Drew Arellano marked a family milestone as they took their three kids on their first-ever trip to Boracay. It was also the first time the parents rode the plane with Primo, Leon, and Alana (and their baby on the way).
The three little Arellanos also wore matching beach outfits. Unfortunately, Iya "failed to get a matchy matchy pic with the boys." She adds, "This mothering with matching outfits is hard ah!" For sure, many moms would share the same sentiments! LOL!ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
Meanwhile, Drew could not help but air his frustration for being left out of the whole twinning situation. "I love you... But why didn't I get the matching trunks?" Drew quipped in the comment section. "Naka-add to cart na po," Iya responded. Cutie couple!
Parents' struggles when travelling with kids
The soon-to-be mom of four also shared a couple of struggles she encountered during their family beach trip, which many other moms and dads would find relatable.
For one, she said she struggled taking photos. The ideal scenario is to have your family moments during a trip immortalized in photos. However, the reality is that in between getting the kids dressed, keeping an eye on them, and reaching for things in your big mommy bag, taking photos is no longer a priority.
Besides, it's always better to live in the moment and make the most out of the time you spend with your family!CONTINUE READING BELOWRecommended Videos
By the end of their Bora trip, Iya also experienced a common struggle when a family goes on a beach or pool trip. "Struggled with the family pix [sic] as much as I struggled with getting the kids out of the swimming pool on our last day," she said.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
Overall, Iya gave a thumbs up on their first Boracay experience. "But what a wonderful first trip to Bora for Team Arellano! First time to fly with 3 kids!" she shared.
As a final review, Iya has to this say: "What I loved most? The pools that are friendly for all ages! A winner for those with smaller kids!"
