It's been six months of quarantine with no end still in sight. Kids under are 21 and seniors over 60, as well as pregnant woman, people who are immunocompromised or have co-morbidities are still required to stay home except for essential travels. But everyone wants to go out, breathe fresh air, and see some greenery, especially the kids!
The good news is that many establishments are re-opening or waiting for certification to be allowed to accept guests under general community quarantine (GCQ) or modified general community quarantine (MGCQ. Areas just outside the city limits are also re-opening their borders, but you can always try to secure a travel pass just to be safe.
Places to go to during GCQ, MGCQ for fresh air
Being surrounded by nature is not an excuse to relax on taking proper precautions if you opt to go out. But should you decide to brave the outdoors and escape to nature, where can you go? Tagaytay City announced that it is now open for tourists and you don't need a travel pass. "We went today lang with our toddler. Nasa car lang siya at least nakakita siya ng ibang place. Wala nang checkpoint, mabilis biyahe," said Mommy Des. (Read more abotu it here.)
Evia Football Field (Palazzo Verde, Daang Hari, Alabang)
"The football field is just beside it and can be accessed publicly," said Mommy Ciarra. Just park along the road, and the vast greenery is just a few steps away.

Restaurants near the windmills are still closed, but just being outdoors can be fun. "No checkpoint daw and pwede babies! Fresh air and overlooking scenery talaga," aid Mommy Bibay.
Sea of Clouds (Boso Boso, Rizal)
"You need to be there as early as 6 a.m. para makita ni baby ang sea of clouds," said Mommy Yhel.

The Academic Oval in UP Diliman , where joggers usually make their rounds, and the Sunken Garden are closed. However, there are other greenery spots you can stop by for a quick rest.
