I don't know sainyo mga momshies pero sensitive ako with the actions and words of my husband, especially when it comes to me being a mommy. Basta, nagtatampo agad ako saknya kapag di sya nakabili ng meals ko, kapag nagbibigay sya ng unsolicited words kung anong gagawin kay baby esp.pag may tantrums si baby, kapag di niya ako pinapansin. Is this some kind of post partum disorder? Naiisip ko pag pagod ako, aalis ako bigla, magchecheck in ako mag isa sa hotel, while the baby, sya na muna bahala. I want to breathe... Sana may magshare ng saloobin dto.

Hello aj, sorry to learn what you're going through. You're not alone. Maraming moms and napagdaanan din yan specially new moms. I think you need time-off or a "me time" to compose yourself, love yourself in a way na hindi maibigay sayo ng mga tao sa paligid mo. There is a very high expectation from us moms when it comes to home responsibilities.

About your husband giving unsolicited advice, I don't consider it unsolicited kasi magulang din siya. It's just a matter of discussing your differences in raising your baby. Once naipayo ng isang member dito, si Mommy France, hindi baleng mapagtalunan basta napagusapan. That is, you were able to speak out and hear him too. Both of you may not absorb it agad but in time, it will sink-in.

Make time for things you love doing. Like spending time with old friends, watch a movie, treat yourself sa parlor or spa.

From what I read here in Smart Parenting post-partum disorder lasts for more than 2 weeks and interferes with your ability to function. What's good is you recognize you're having a problem weather it's baby blues or PPD.

My say is, go find time to treat yourself, love yourself para may love ka din na maibibigay sa family mo and blame others less for little things. If these doesn't work, discuss your problem with your OB who can refer you to the right doctor.
