kami naman nag-veer off kami sa usual food namin ng noche buena. instead of our yearly ham, bacon, pasta, bread, grilled chicken/beef, hot cocoa, nag-seafoods kami ngayon... sinigang sa miso, thai chili crabs, buttered-garlic prawns, and chamdor! ;)

morning of dec25 nalang kami nag-hot cocoa, ham, baguette and cheese garlic spread, etc.

last year's food was Japanese... hubby cooked tempura, tonkatsu, teriyaki and kamameshi. Medyo konti lang kasi hipon pa lang eh mabigat na sa bulsa. Plus, nagluto din naman si MIL and yung cousin niya sa kabilang bahay yung in-charge sa desserts.

this year - American cuisine kami.

Parang Friday's lang.

So we'll have real beef burgers for everyone with fries on the side
mozzarella sticks
buffalo chicken wings
ribs

sabe ni MIL siya daw bahala sa steak - bili na lang sa S&R

then the cousin in charge of desserts will make brownie ala mode. :)
