Hi Mommies,

Ano po ba pwede ipalit temporarily sa Anmum.. Out of stock/ubos na kasi yung Anmum ko, di pa ko ulit nakakabili. Pwede ba yung mga bear brand?? Or ano po bang other milks na pwede.

Thanks.. Thanks..  ;D

when i was pregnant, my ob advised me to drink non-fat milk. ok naman - you get all the milk protein minus the fat. just as long as you take also the vitamins prescribed.

As for my OB any regular milk will do naman, it all depends on your diet na din and the nutrients you get from it. Just checked with your OB na din if you need to take vitamins and supplements which you don't get from this milk sources.

Hi sis happiness, have you tried enfamama? Nung na out of stock yung anmum dati nag try ako nun ok naman kaso hindi ko lang nagustuhan yung lasa. Good thing may caltrate plus din ako iniinom. Tama sila pwede mo rin try kahit na anong milk or kung minomonitor mo yung weight gain mo, pwede yung non fat milk. :)

Ako naman advised to drink non-fat milk. Sinabi ko kasi kay OB na hirap ako uminom ng Anmum/Enfamama kasi di ko gusto lasa.  :)

Many doctors are recommending them for pregnant or soon-to-be pregnant women, but what exactly do they do?

ako naman sis Enfamama and low fat fresh milk ang recommended ng OB in my third month of pregnancy. I dont know pa till when ko inumin yun. wala pa naman sya advice.
bale sa morning low fat fresh milk and sa gabi itimpla ko yung enfamama powder sa fresh milk.
yan ang advice ng OB ko kase medyo mataas ang sugar ko. matamis ata yung Anmum sis.

pero in my early weeks, fresh milk low fat lang. Yung Nestle binibili ko ;)

during my two pregnancies, I have tried all the available maternity milks then: Anmum (Vanilla and Chocolate flavor), Enfamama and ProMama. I never got to liking any of them. It's because of these reasons: I find them too creamy that I have difficulty swallowing them or I get LBM after I drink them... I have sworn off drinking maternity milks and resorted only to low fat milk. Until I encountered Frisomum.

Here's the link to the post I have made on their FB page after I gave birth to my second baby:
Quote
Hello to everyone at the New Beginnings Community!

I'm Vanessa, a then-pregnant mommy loving every pregnancy talk that you hosted or co-sponsored. I first became aware of FrisoMum on the first event that I attended and I've looked forward to having a taste of it. You see, I have tried every milk for expecting moms available out there but none have been "good to me" -- either I get loose bowel movement from drinking it, or I simply can't finish a glass because that taste itself is too creamy that I would end up throwing up later...

Finally, in the event you hosted in Alphaland Southgate, I got a taste of FrisoMum. When it was first offered to me, I was quite adamant to try it. Being in an event and trying something new might trigger the two aforementioned effects above. I just took a sip then observed how my stomach would behave after an hour. Nothing happened. I finished the glass and it felt fine. By the way, I had no trouble emptying the contents of my glass because of the taste -- so un-maternity milk-like!

I went home raving about FrisoMum to my husband, and since then, I look forward to it being launched into the market. So much so that I even approached Ms. Jackie of Friesland Campina to ask about FrisoMum's public launch! She got my contact number and had Ms. Rain of Friesland Campina inform me that they're already selling FrisoMum online. Arrangements were made and by the start of April, I had my own can of FrisoMum to enjoy.

A month later and here's our beautiful bundle of joy, Eliana Vita. Ellie was born last May 7, weighing 7lbs 4 oz and 49 cm long. A really healthy baby, thanks to FrisoMum! I still have another can here to consume. Because I was able to breastfeed Ellie, I can still drink FrisoMum because it's for lactating moms too. ;)

try nyo mga sis yung Frisomum. I swear by its taste and the clean feeling after drinking it (no LBM or constipation). ;)

I also like Anmum but recently, na-curious ako sa Similac. At first, nakakadiri talaga kasi namumuo yung milk, nakakasuka, un pala dapat hindi mainit na tubig ang pangtimpla, potable water will do. Okay naman siya, same as other pregnancy milk.

Kung di nyo kayang uminom ng milk, ask your OB, sabi ng doctor ko, one tablet of Obimin makes 2 glasses of Anmum :)

Sorry sis, I canít recommend any. I still prefer Anmum kahit wala ng stock, pinapahanap ko talaga ang mister ko kahit saan. If you are lactose intolerance, try the Anmum Materna Choco flavour. If ever wala talaga sa supermarket, drugstore or grocery store, try to order online. Sa Lazada meron.

low fat milk nestle ang salitan ko sa anmum sis..

I was like this din before, pero as the days passed, I learned to love the taste of Anmum. Also, I notice gumaganda ang skin ko and no more constipation na.
