mga sisies.. alam nyo ba gumawa ng cordon bleu? favorite ko to pero di ko alam gawin..  ::)  :-[
gusto ko gawin kaso baka ma disappoint ako sa gawa ko..  :-[
pero iatatry ko na talaga this week end , sana may lam pa kayo way ng paggawa at pagluto na mas easy and syempre yummy.. ;D

Try mo to sis, i got this from my officemate. Madali lang gawen...

ingredients:
chicken breast fillet
salt
pepper
ham [square, pre cut preffered ]
cheese
carrots [optional]
egg
flour
bread crumbs

1. lay chicken breast fillet on a foil. sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. place ham, cheese and carrots on top. [yung size ng cheese and carrots, pahaba, yung parang pastillas.hehe.] roll chicken and close / lock foil. [parang yung embutido]
2. steam chicken for 30 minutes
3. remove from foil. roll chicken in egg and flour mix and then into bread crumbs.
4. fry.
5. ready to serve, hehe.

sauce:
mayo
evap milk
salt
pepper
chopped garlic
lemon/calamansi will do
mix everything, then base nalang sa panlasa mu kung okay.

or if youhave other white sauce recipe, pa-share na lang din.!

Ayun! pwede rin pala i-steam! Thanks sa idea sis anhing!

May recipe din ako niyan kaso, diretso prito agad in medium-low fire kaya medyo matagal.  :( Tagal ko nang hindi nagluluto nito. Sana maisama ko yan sa menu ko next week.  :D

hehe thank you guys. ngayon lang ako ulet nakapag online dito sa SP. gumawa kami nito ng hubby ko, and perfect naman ang result, yummy daw sabi ng mga kumain. ginawa ni hubby bake sa oven, medyo madami ginawa niya eh, napagod ata kakahintay kasi nakita ko yung iba pinrito nalang niya. haha pero same parin naman ang result.
here's how we made it

-boneless chicken breast
-breadcrumbs
-flour
-slice of ham
-slices of Swiss cheese
-raw egg
-butter
-salt
-paprika

*if gusto nyo ibake, Preheat oven to 350°F or 177°C

1. Combine butter and salt. Mix well.
2. Place chicken breast on a flat surface,brush the top with the butter-salt mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
3. Top with ham and cheese.
4. Roll the chicken. You can use toothpick to hold the chicken.
5. Now, combine the butter-salt mixture with egg. Brush the mixture on the rolled chicken.
6. Dredge first to flour, then dredge to bread crumbs.
ready to fry na.  :)

*if you'll use oven, place in a greased baking dish or lined with baking paper, bake for 25 minutes. if still not cook, loosely cover with foil & continue baking in a low temp. *

and for the sauce , perfect din yung sinuggest ni sis  anhing.  ;D

sharing the sauce recipe for this dish:

the ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
cream of mushroom (optional)


SAUCE:
Add last 3 mixture.
Heat to just warm in microwave to help dissolve bouillon.
Melt butter in saucepan on low heat.
Add flour and stir until smooth and bubbly.
Add Milk mixture and heat.

kung maglalagay kayo ng cream of mushroom, baka pwedeng hindi na lagyan ng flour, kc masyadong thick yung ginawa ko, tsaka ingat sa bouillion cubes pwede na yata ang isa lang

Thank you sa lahat na nagshare ng recipes. Dati nagawa ki na ito pero may mga ibang ways pa pla pano lutuin at pwdeng idagdag na ingredients. Matry nga yung isteam muna bago ifry. Minsan kasi matigas yung chicken. Baka mas juicy pag isteam muna. :)
