Tinetest nyo ba si yaya kung honest or talagang maalaga sa bata at gamit etc?
Kunwari you will leave a hundred peso sa visible place, testing if she will get it...
Or kunwari you will leave dirty clothes na madadaanan niya, checking if she will put it in the hamper or lalagpasan niya lang?

Gusto ko din sana itry kung kaya ibigay ni yaya sa stranger yung anak ko e... I've watched jessica soho last night re: baby snatching (c*m kidnapping), nakakatakot kasi.

In terms of attitude/character, I closely observe the yaya and even the house help first. This is for me to know how to correct/mold them. Iba-iba naman kasi ang pinanggalingan nila. Some are okay while in most cases madami pa kelangan iimprove. Upon knowing them kasi, I would already know how and what to train them. But I don't leave money to test them, alam na kasi nila yun. In fact, the yaya of my daughter said that her previous employer would usually leave money and she thought that she's being tested.

In terms of skills, I test them only if I have trained them already. Normally, I orient them at first, then there's also follow through. Usually kasi sa una, hirap sila sundin instructions lalo na pag sunod sunod yung mga sinasabi natin o kaya naman minsan kinakabahan sila sa umpisa. Kaya important yung follow through, yung pag observe talaga sa ginagawa nila.
