Toddlers po 0-2years old, pre-school po 3-6 and kids 7-12 years old. Yun po  :)
Toddlers po especially age zero are asked to be with his/her caretaker because we cannot look for all of them lalo na pag marami sila. If ever he/she has a sister/brother na older mas ok.

I am a Baptist, yong buong family namin sa mother side Baptist talaga.

Wow! I just found out about this thread. Am also a Christian mom. It's inside UP Diliman kaya very convenient for me. Sobrang love ko nga tong church na to eh, kaya balak namin ni hubby, if we're going to have our own house someday, within the area nalang din para sa DCBC pa rin kami. Hehe. Dito ko din pala nakilala si hubby.;) We're under ABCCOP. Our senior pastor is Dr. Isabelo Magalit. He used to be the president of ATS (Asian Theological Seminary).

Good day! share ko lang mga Moms, nakakalungkot isipin relative mo na naging Christian at sya pa nag open to to Christianity eh di na pala Christian..siguro dala ng sunod-sunod na bad experience, imbis na lumapit sa Diyos at gumawa ng maganda...nagnakaw at ginagamit ang pagiging Christian para maging malapit sa kanya. It's good to know that we have Christian mommies here!  I just wanted to share about being a Christian, believer and a disciple.  We are in the Conquest Period now and a Pastor shared that being a Christian and believer is being saved and believes in Jesus.  However if you are a disciple, you are saved, believes in Jesus  and share this experience to others to know Jesus and be saved!  What a wonderful experience to witness to others about JESUS!
If you're near the area, I'm inviting you to come and join us every Sunday 10:30am at Jesus Christ Saves Global Outreach (JCSGO) 156 15th Ave. Cubao Quezon City!   Hope to see you there and be blessed!

hi sis momsee love, this is not a good news at all..lalo pa other people are affected, being stumbled by his/her behavior. pero it really happens..sometimes, when people are faced with experiences they think are too hard to handle and it's better to just abandon your faith, it happens..but we can't really know the plans of our Lord..maybe this is just a phase in his/her life..God can do anything and everything di ba? let's pray na lang that in time, he/she will repent of what he/she has done and return to the Lord..maybe,you could remind them po of the kind of Christian they once were..you know, before they backslide..:(

will be praying that things will eventually be better for him/her..

God bless sis!

hi mga sisters in faith!

i am just happy to share that after a long time, i have been finally able to go back and attend a church service here in a Baptist Church in Masbate. i used to be a member of VCF Malate.

When i moved here a little about two years ago i felt that i became disconnected from God, i started to slack off on prayer and quiet times. I could count in my one hand the number of times i went to attend a church service here. I was looking for the comfort of the cell group that I've gotten used to while I was there in Manila.

Then these past weeks, I think that by the Holy Spirit's guidance, I began to open my Bible again and slowly resumed my quiet times. God has revealed so many things to me. I want to raise my daughters as a godly Christian, but I cannot do it if I myself is do not live the Christian way of living.

Mommies, please include me in your prayers and may we continue to grow in faith and in love with Christ our Lord and Saviour.

Hi! Mommies, ask ko lang, on your own opinion...What is important when choosing School sa kids nyo...is it a Christian School? Paano kung Chinese or half Chinese, Chinese School na Christian? Can you give advice kung ayaw ng Chinese School pero Christian Chinese sila. Is it really important na dapat Chinese School dahil sa lahi nila? What is best affordable Christian School?

as a mestiza chinese myself, i studied in grace christian high school. are you fluent in speaking chinese? i had a hard time since no one was really teaching me chinese..minsan wala talaga ako naiintindihan.i would look up every word in the chinese-english dictionary..magaling lang ako mag memorize kaya ako pumapasa..if you can help your child iin his/her chinese lessons then that would be great, if not, it's a big waste of money, time, brain cells...so frustrating and stressful for the child pag walang tutulong..getting a tutor would help pero gastos din yun..anyways, sa grace christian high school..baptist so medyo conservative pero ok din kase exposed mga students sa word in God at a very early age, memory verses required din and we have class devotions.all the teachers are christians. ok din talga..although it's not a guarantee that your child will be"good" may mga classmates din akong pasaway..pero,  nothing compared to other non-christian schools (having sex in the classrooms, severe bullying, homoosexuality)

as to affordability, wala akong alam na murang chinese school hehe you can ask about scholarship programs

hope this helps

joining...

we attend at United Christian Church of Balanga (that's the church my husband and i grew up with) sunday school students kami, youth members and now helping out the youth in our church in the province.

but here in the city, we attend at bread of life at crossroad 77, 1030am service. our 2 girls attend the Meridian International Learning Experience the sister school of BOL.

@ momsee love-- you can try inquiring at Meridian International Learning Experience. It's a christian oriented school, at par with international standards education. Mandarin and Spanish subjects are  included in the curriculum thus enabling the students to be ready in the flatworld.

When I was still in Calamba, I attended JIL Calamba then nung lumipat na ako sa Davao, JIL Davao. Wala masyadong Christian Churches dito. But I always listen to Pastor Ed Lapiz of Day By Day's audio messages and watch CCF Livestream Service.

hi to all mommies  ;D i am a christian mommy and i need a christian school sana for my kids. ok lang if catholic pero if meron lang sanang christian school na super ok, doon ko sila ieenroll. i heard of the meridian international learning experience in mother ignacia. its near, its super ok BUT..... the tuition is high. ok sana if tuition lang. but i heard of the development fund that is 40k...i heard pa na non refundable na yon if my kids will stay der until dey graduate. refundable if dey trasfer to other school. napaka laki parin since i have 2 kids. kahit per family yung 40k. der tuition reaches to 80k per kid then plus 40k per family. am i correct o refundable yung 40k kahit mag graduate na sila? thnks mga moomies.

hi mommy jemz26

i'm a meridian mom of 2 girls, both in pre-school. it's true na pricey nga ang school fees but it's all worth it! meron naman sila mga terms of payments din and the 40k developmental fund is also payable in terms. curriculum is at par with other international schools and no questions about the christian values that are being instilled to the children.

I'm not an active Church member, I don't even get to sit and participate in a service kasi I always accompany my kids to their sunday school. Nahihirapan mag adjust ang bunso ko sa class niya so I have to stay with him for security reasons na rin. Baka kasi lumabas ng Jr. worship room at nang church grounds without me knowing, mahirap na.
I know I'm missing a lot every Sunday. Nasa church nga ako pero parang wala. At least I'm trying to build my kids' Christian foundation. I try to make up by learning from devotionals.

I was referring to CUMC as our sister church when I posted this (9th paragraph) from
http://www.smartparenting.com.ph/parentchat/index.php/topic,1016.msg8756/topicseen.html#msg8756
1)Yesterday, Lolo and Lola opted to attend sunday service at our sister church. When my daughter heard of this, she asked "Is the sister church a girl with ribbon on top?"

We're Methodists din. My FIL (who passed away last June) is a Pastor.
I recently got my own pocket Bible I read with my small devotional whenever I get a chance.

Manila ang church namin but not CUMC. We get to attend when Hubby can drive us but when he's out of town, we just stay home kaming magiina. I tried taikng my kids to a different Christian church makaattend lang kami ng service. Nice, warm and friendly naman sila but I still like UMC. At least my kids get to enjoy the sunday school regardless kung UMC or any Christian church. Nahihirapan naman ako to take them to Makati UMC. Oh well....

Post by: iamsheymareie on September 21, 2013, 02:30:34 am
this is my story... i was married to a canadian guy 4 years ago and we split... i met a new man (my live in partner right now) 2.5 years ago... i still have him and with him in the same house... i am baptized as catholic but i used to go to born again church since i separated with my ex hub... i want to go to a christian/born again church now... i wanna get baptized and be purely a born again christian but there is this church who doesn't wanna accept me simply because i have a live in partner... so it went ok with me.. i just read a bible everyday... pray and pray and pray,,.. but today my live in partner went to her aunt, seeking for work... this aunt is working with a christian/born again publishing company and they didn't accept him simply because he has a live in partner and he has a baby with me.. i was teary eyed... i dont know... i just feel so much discriminated.... we feel so much discriminated... me and my bf/live in partner/father of my child or whatsoever you call that,... even typing this message.. im crying... is it soooo bad for my live in para panindigan niya yung anak niya... is it so bad for me as a mother to keep my child... ahhh... this thing is really hurting me alot...
Title: Re: Christian mommies

iamsheymareie I merged your post here. Are you divorced with your ex? Hindi ko kasi masabi if the issue is you being separated (kung divorced, walang prob) or living with a partner. Yes you are a Christian and maybe even more blameless than others but you need to respect Church and corporate policies about marriage legality and stuffs, though it's in the conservative side. To ease the tension, talk personally with your church minister. Will they choose not to accept you or lead and be a guide (as you are seeking their guidance) to your family regardless kung ano ang structure niyo ngayon.
As for getting turned down for a job, consider it as an ordinary rejection. If you will explain to the employer and lay down your personal story, on how you came to be like this and your Christian belief just to get the job, it would be a long story to tell you wouldn't want to go through, besides, the job may not be worth it. Dami pang opportities diyan.
Just keep the faith. It's the enemy working trying to prove that being a Christian will get you nowhere. Will you choose to give up?

hi mommy jazz... thanks for the reply... i been married 4 years ago... and my marriage only last 4 months for some personal reasons... i am not yet annulled from my marriage... i been with this man (the father of my child) for 2 years and 3 months months... and since then i never got to church... swear! because these people are putting me sooo down just because of this... by the way my annullment is on the court already and we know how long it takes... i stopped going to church because i began to hate being there! i hate being there because everytime im in there i feel so smal.. they make me feel so smal... what they are trying me to understand is "i cant worship God because i am this, i am that"

Hi Christian mommies. Im a newbie here. I go to VCF Ubelt 5 pm service. Im 20 years old and will be a teen mom soon. Im desperately in need of a christian's advice. I hope you can find time reading my story.
I've finished one college degree in one university in manila and now adding up another year for another degree to take the cpa board exam next year. I live with my father and sister, my parents are separated.  My dad no longer treats me as his daughter since I had a relationship with a married man. He's not yet annulled, in that case, we cannot be married. As a christian I am deeply depressed. We are in our 5 months now and I really love him. We already had plans after I take the board exam. I am just hoping that someday he could marry me. Then this thing happened. We tried to help ourselves but we just cant. Its too hopeless. Now, I am 3 weeks pregnant and I think my world is starting to fall apart. Ive had lots of suicidal thoughts before but now all I cant think is my child. I cant hurt him/her. Please tell me there's still hope. God bless you.
