sis, good to know it wasn't pursued. but just for your guidance, please read your company policies and employee guidebook. it should be stated there the productivity clauses, performance metrics, conduct issues, and should include a topic about tardiness and the corresponding sanctions.

in our case here sa company (and i presume most of the companies), accumulating number of absences/lates doesn't make us decide whether or not to dismiss an FTE (full time employee). we follow process, standard process wherein there has to be documentation that you have been (either which) verbally warned, written warning was served, suspension (there should be days-ranges too), before we can proceed to dismissal.

there also are some companies that they have the FTE undergo a performance management wherein you'll be monitored and there'll be catch ups and evaluations lets say every 2 weeks or monthly. it can go upto 6mos of monitoring. meaning, we don't fire people instantly. unless for some cases like harrassment that of which when you check in your handbook, first offense should be dismissal.

good luck sis, and hopefully everything gets a-OK soon. and it is indeed true, your managers can approve or disapprove. play with them well.  ;)

hi mommies! i planned to age-gap my kids all my life. and because i have PCOs, it was easier to plan. hindi ko lang akalain na ganito magtatagal ang planning. hehe my daughter is turning 5 this coming June. and since january, hubby and i are already in the process of conceiving our second.  ;) with the help of course of my OB. i won't conceive kase without medical help. since nov 2010 naman kase di nako naginjectable, pero never ako napreggy. kaya eto lumapit nanaman ako sa OB ko kase gusto na namin. maraming postponements... pero this time, gusto na namin.

i just hope we'll be blessed again. asking lang din for your prayers mommies.  ;D

Food / Re: What is the best pizza restaurant for you?
« on: March 19, 2012, 06:21:02 pm »
pizza lover din kami ni hubby. and we both love thin crust pizzas.

- crowne plaza's 7 corners (sila nagstart ng chocolate pizza) yummy!
- uncle cheffy's brick oven panizza (pero ginagawa dito is nakaroll yung pizza. i don't eat nga lang ng niroroll sya, kase very thin ang sarap hehe)
- hexagon lounge's pizzas are one of the notable pizzas din that i've tried
- shakeys, pasto, and carlo's will always be some of the safest pizza stores on earth para sa pizza cravings namin ni hubby

THANK YOU by Tyler Collins  ;D if it hasn't for all the things that i've learned and gotten from him, I would never be perfect for my husband. I wouldn't have met him in the first place.  ;)

Thank you for teaching me how to love
Showing me what the world means...

Thanks to you.. for teaching me how to feel
Showing me my emotions, letting me know what's real.

And that's true mommies ha, we're friends actually. We still are.
