I use usana sense products.. mabilis yung effects tapos wala pang chemical preservatives.. us products with latest anti aging technologies.. ihhydrate at immoisturize niya talaga yung face kaya nawawala yung wrinkles at eye bags in as early as 2 weeks..

I use usana sense products.. us products na walang preservatives, parabens, at kung ano anong harsh chemicals.. yung daily moisturizer yung paborito ko.

Yan din ang sabi nila sa akin nuon.. but we all know naman na iba iba ang babae physiologically, kahit magwork yan sa iba, hindi pa rin pwedeng sabihin na magwowork yan sa karamihan ng babae... kaya i did not rely on that although i'm breastfeeding for 2 years and 3 months now..

Not at all..

Kahit gumana yan sa isang buwan.. you can never really guarantee its effectiveness... kasi hindi talaga nakokontrol ng lalaki ang paglabas ng sperms niya... kahit pakiramdam niya walang naiwan.. no one will ever know... until magkaregla ka or magkababy ka... 50-50 lagi.. which is not a really good probability...

kaya we do withdrawal + pills + calendar method... para cover up lahat ng probability..

but I'm using daphne... OTC sya.. check mo yung content kung pareho lang..

nope. there's nothing to be ashamed of..

it's part of nature.. kaya tayo nagpapadede kasi mammals tayo - may mammalry glands...
And women are made to have boobs for that function... bakit tayo mahihiya.. it's all natural..

I breastfeed anywhere until now... kahit na 2 years old and 3 months na si baby...
I'm proud that she's exclusively breastfed..

Isipin na lang natin, ang mga anak natin gano lang ba talaga natin katagal mahahagkan ng ganoon sa buong buhay nila.. 2-3 years.. pag lumaki yan, di na yan magpapabuhat, di na yan magdedede... ano ba naman yung magspend tayo ng 2-3 years just giving our full attention to them, nursing them as often as possible..

^ same here.. i've been breastfeeding for 2 years and 3 months now..

si baby hanggang ngayon nilalaro yung isa kong nipple pag dumedede... hanggang matulog sya gusto niya nakahawak.. buti na lang nga ngayon nakakaintindi na kahit pano.. nakakakiliti kasi minsan.. hehe..

I'm breastfeeding my daughter until now that she's two years old. as in exclusive breastfeeding lang.. Ang natutunan ko during my first few weeks nursing her, dapat talaga everytime na gising si baby, gutom man o hindi pinapasuso.. kasi iba pag yung baby yung nagsstimulate.. tabi ko na nga sya matulog para kahit hatinggabi hindi ko na kailangan bumangon.. grabe nun.. dahil sa dalas kong magpadede, punong puno yung boobs ko ng gatas.. kaya siguro hanggang ngayon nagpapadede pa rin ako.. it really paid off yung sacrifice na mag exclusive breastfeeding... sobrang close namin ng baby ko ngayon tapos ang dali niya pumick up ng kahit anong ituro namin sa kanya...
