Single Moms / Re: Which surname to use?
« on: April 29, 2013, 01:48:13 pm »
Use your surname:

1. Less hassle when you need to travel abroad. Remember, you need to secure the father's consent. What if he doesn't want (naginarte lang), what if you couldn't locate him, etc, etc.

3. Di rin naman interesado yung tatay so why bother? Look forward sister. Look for what's best for you and your child.

mejhez:

Choose the malls with clean movie houses.
Choose cartoons or movies for kids so she'll appreciate it. But better be prepared if she starts shouting (either she's scared of the noise or of the place) or if she falls asleep while watching.  :)

mga sis ask ko lang po nag di deliver po ba ang iko's???
Yes sis for a fee. minimum is P250 depende sa lokasyon. i advise, you look for a bakery near your location. Una, kung malayo yung bakery, kailangan mong ipadeliver & it would cost you a lot depende kasi sa distance.

Family Fun / Re: Rates for Play Centers in Malls
« on: March 13, 2013, 01:32:22 am »
usually the rates are P180 to P200 an hour on weekdays and higher on weekends, but for Gymboree i think their rates are too high given the fact that there's not much toys to play with. Or maybe what they have is enough to stimulate a child's thinking? :-\

to answer the question, no i don't think so. it's up to the parents to minimize the food intake of the baby.

Toilet Training and Diapering Essentials / Re: Cloth Diapers
« on: November 06, 2012, 09:23:50 pm »

RTuazon: be aware that both disposable nappies and cloth diapers can cause rashes. Dapat walang fabric softener sa sabon, no bleach, no strong chemicals added. The locally available and recommended ones are tide original, cycles, smart steps, and even champion is ok. aside from that, the cloth diapers have to be washed thoroughly ,make sure no soap residue, kawawa kasi skin ni baby.

And constant airing of baby's bum every nappy change is very important.

Ayy.. Too bad. I'm planning for baby's baptism too and eyeing Iko's bakeshop as well sana. Any other bakeries you can recommend mga mommies? Thanks. Within metro manila lang sana.
