Special Occassions / Re: Civil Wedding requirements and procedures
« on: September 19, 2015, 09:58:34 am »

Based on my experience. Mas konti ang requirements sa church kapag naikasal na ng civil. Year 2012 me and my husbang decided to get married sa civil nalang para hindi na ulet mgrenew ng marriage license dahil we both work abroad then. May 2012 dapat ang wedding namin pero April mgeexpire na yung license so rerenew nanaman db.. so ginawa namin ngpunta kami sa QC City Hall and we got married hinila lang namin ang mga nanay namin tapos un na. yung church wedding requirements very smooth nalang.. wala nang hiningi pa na  ibang bagay other than the marriage certificate from the judge.

Labor and Child Birth / Re: REcommended OB-Gyne in UST Hospital
« on: September 19, 2015, 09:43:20 am »
Hi po!

If meron po kayo ma rrecommend na OB sa UST. Till now kase undecided pa din ako.. I'm about to give birth  this November 2015. Yung OB ko kase now is company doctor pero sa ibang hospital sya affiliated medyo malayo sa bahay..

Salamat!

Hi, do  you really need a doctor who has a clinic in UST? Because my OB-gyne is a UST graduate / UST professor but her clinic is in Hospital of the Infant Jesus. Super reliable doctor. Visit Dra. Maria Teresa Cabral Luna , Room 219. She is also a urogyne and she studied in Japan rin sa specialization niya sa UI. Super bait niya and practical hindi mataas mgpresyo. Her consultation fee start at 400 pesos.

Raising two hands here! I was overweight when I was pregnant that is why my doctor advised me to always walk for an hour in the morning and around 30 minutes in the afternoon because I prefer NSD. She also asked me to drink 3 liters of water everyday to avoid complications on the delivery day itself kaya I dont have any UTI or high blood pressure rin. Thankfully NSD naman lumabas si baby but 3rd degree laceration ako. Almost 37 hours labor ako and 2 hours ako sa delivery room ha.. And Thank God super patient na naghintay ng doctor ko sa pag-ire ko hanggang sa lumabas si baby.

If you want to exxperience yung galing ng doctor ko ( Dra. Maria Teresa Luna ) you can visit her at Room 219 Hospital of the Infant Jesus Laon Laan Manila

Your Health / Re: recommendation for OB-GYNE
« on: September 13, 2015, 04:24:24 pm »
Hi,
I am also an OFW . I went home to give birth and my handsome bouncing baby boy came out Jan 2015.  I highly recommend my OB Gyne / Urogyne Dra. Maria Teresa C. Luna of Hospital of the Infant Jesus(Room 219) Laon Laan,Manila. Super reliable OB-gyne. She is by far the best OB gyne I've had. Comfortable, approachable and has a very light aura. I am not sure if it is the same with other doctors but in my whole 37 hours of labor..she was there. Everytime I open my eyes I see her asking for update from the nurses and she also update me on whether my husband is aware of my status in the labor room. Super kind. She also specialize urinary incontinence. I know she is an author of a Urinary Incontinence book with japanese ob-gynes as author when she studied in Japan. She's also a UST professor. Her consultation fee starts at 400. She is also the source obgyne of the smart parenting articles i have read.
