Narining ko din dati sa mga matatanda yung ganung "pamahiin". I consulted with my OB, she said na basta in moderation lang lahat. I still include it on my diet, lalo na yung pineapple kasi rich yun sa vitamin c. Syempre, still include other healthy food for pregnant women to ensure na balance diet talaga

I know my reply is a bit late. Pero I also got the rash when I gave birth to my second child. Sooobrang kati! My OB recommended to put powder dun sa affected area (sa may tummy) then iwas muna sa mga malalansa, mamantika, at maaalat na food. And she also advised me to continue to eat healthy food for pregnant women.

Sorry sis, I canít recommend any. I still prefer Anmum kahit wala ng stock, pinapahanap ko talaga ang mister ko kahit saan. If you are lactose intolerance, try the Anmum Materna Choco flavour. If ever wala talaga sa supermarket, drugstore or grocery store, try to order online. Sa Lazada meron.

Hope that this still helps. Aside from Moringa, breastfeeding moms needs other nutrients.

My OB recommended that I continue to drink milk for pregnant woman. Nabasa ko dito sa Anmum FAQ na kailangan pa rin ya for lactating mothers

I take Anmun in my entire pregnancy.. At first parang hindi ko gusto ang lasa but later on nakasanayan ko na din.

Same here. Medyo hindi ko type yung lasa niya nung una. What I did to make the taste interesting was use it as an ingredient to my deserts. I checked their site, may mga healthy pregnant food recipes. na sila na may Anmum

Hi. Ang dami pong pamahiin na sinasabi sakin ng relatives ko, Una po, yun ngang parang nag aagawan or worse term may possible baby na mamatay because im living with my sis-in-law ang she's 2 week pregnant ahead sakin. Ofcourse, im scared. Ayokong may di magandang mangyari sa baby ko even to my niece. Tapos, pati yung pagpicture ko. Minamasama ng iba, Kasi daw masama. Im not using xrays naman. Cellphone ko lang, tapos isang beses yung digicam. Masama ba talaga yun? Tapos, lahat ng nabasa ko above. Sinasabi sakin, aminado ko yung iba nasusuway ko. Kaya natatakot ako na baka makaapekto yun kay baby. :'(

Ganyan din ang naramdaman mo dati when the oldies started to compile a list of things that I should not do - from foods that I can't eat and things that I cannot do.

I consulted with my OB, yung iba warranted naman yung opinyon nila. For the food, my OB gave me a list and I also researched some on the net. Basta all healthy pregnant food. lang

Kailangan ba talaga mag Anmum?
Kasi nung pinagtake ako, ni hindi ko man lang naubos yung isang box na maliit. Pero consistent naman ako sa vitamins ko.. Ngayon ang pinapatake nalang sakin ay Hanizyn at Eurivit.. Tapos as in di ako nag gagatas.. Iinom lang ako gatas yung chocomilk, mga chuckie or choc-o ganun.. Pero yung meals ko naman, sa umaga, gulay with rice, sa tanghali rice with meat/fish, tapos sa gabi, rice meal o kaya fruits.. 8-10 hours of sleep a day.. Good dose of vitamin C, pero yun nga lang di talaga ako nag gagatas. Pano yun?

I'm not an avid milk-drinker also, pero my OB insisted that I take Anmum or any other milk for pregnant women due to the high levels of folate needed. In the long run, nagustuhan ko rin yung lasa.
