Hi mommies, update ko lang kayo. I consulted his pedia and she's not alarmed with his current weight. Ang normal daw na weight gain is 1-2lbs per month. For so long as baby gains weight sa ganitong range every month and hindi sakitin, wala daw cause for concern.

I also consulted another pedia, and she also said na normal lang ang weight niya. According to her naman, babies double their birthweight at 5 mos. So if my baby continues to gain an average of 1.5lbs per month until Dec 25, he's ok :)

Also since now lang sya nag start mag multi-vitamins (nutrilin) wait daw muna namin mag take effect. :)

Hi mommies, ask ko lang:

1) how much did your babies weigh at birth and at then again at 2 1/2 months?
2) for formula-fed babies, how many mL or oz do they drink at feeding time and how often do they feed?

My son kasi is 2 1/2 months and he only weighs 5kilos (though he is 24inches in length). In a day, lumalabas nakakaubos sya ng 20-24oz of milk, pero di niya nauubos ang 4oz niya na milk right (inaabot sya ng 1hr para makaubos ng 4oz, minsan mas matagal). Payat ang baby ko, and I'm wondering if there is something i'm doing wrong, or if there is anything i can do to improve hia feeding habits.

Need your feedback, suggestions, etc mga mommies! Hope you guys can help me out :)

1) nag consult pa ba kayo sa doctor niyo before changing infant formula?
2) ilang days ng tine-take ni baby yung formula before kayo nag palit?

would appreciate any feedback ... first milk kasi ng baby ko was similac. Madalas sya mag lungad at medyo marami so I called my pedia and she told me to change the formula to s26 HA gold. Ok na sana (di na gaanong naglulungad) kaso ngayon naman, dumadami ang butlig sa katawan ni baby. I'm thinking baka allergic reaction din to. I'd like to change and try another formula pero baka too soon? kaya need your inputs din ... thanks mommies :)

Hi mommies! Suggestion lang, have several onesies ready din, especially when coming home from the hospital and for the first weeks na hindi pa natatanggal ang cord ni baby. Di pa pwedeng pasuotan si baby ng pajama nyan, and pag naka tie-side shirt lang sya, pwedeng umangat at ma expose ang tummy/body niya, and lamigin.
