Kami din ni hubby we're planning to put up "silog" business. Buti n lang yung friend namin kakaopen lang nila ng tapsilogan. Familiar ka ba sa bentelog? Ganun yung sa kanila.  Nung first pack ko sumasakit yung ulo ko every night yun. I'm not sure if it's because of Althea e, pero yun lang kasi ang nagbago sa'kin. Pero now nawala na, ok na din yung skin ko,nagka break out skin ko after giving birth, ngayon nawawala na.

There's a possible side effects sa baby if ever buntis ka and nagpills ka. Pwedeng low birth weight or iba pang developmental problems sa baby. Kaya as early as now if you suspect that you are pregnant consult your OB na.

I need advice too. I'm 31 and already have crow's feet. I'm really curious if what is the most effective anti-aging cream. I already tried using regular moisturiser before like olay white and ponds flawless white as well as ponds detox. Pero as early as 1 week nagkaroon na ko ng blackheads even white heads appeared on my face. Kaya tinigil ko na. Now I'm getting older I want to use anti-ageing cream na. I want to try pond age miracle kasi I've read some sites with positive feedbacks aside that it is available now for only P120 yung small lang. Yung olay total effects ba meron ding available na ganun lang parang trial pack? Mahal kasi yun baka masayang lang if hindi naman hiyang skin ko, di ba. Kaya I want to try both of it first, that's why it is better to buy small bottle only.

Grabe! Pinapanood ko pa lang now pinagpapawisan na ko, hahaha! Pero in fairness yung ibang routines ginagawa ko na, like yung squats and ab crunches, kaya lang 2 sets lang ako palagi. I'll measure nga yung body ko para malaman ko if gaano yung difference ng before and after.
Ako din, determine ako kasi I want to look good for myself. Hopefully matapos ko yung 30 days.

I'm currently on the 30 day shred work out by Jillian Michaels. I highly recommend this, grabe makapagpapawis and mag-trim. Nagta-tighten na yung legs and thighs ko na problem areas ko. 20 minutes per day lang pero heavy 20 minutes naman, chaga lang talaga.

Same problem here. Ano kayang ok na swimsuit, kasi bukod sa stretchmarks sa tiyan and legs kainis din yung flubby belly ko. Parang 2 mos pregnant ako, e 2 years ago na nung nanganak ako,  .. Nag eexercise na nga ako para medyo lumiit naman.
Ano kayang swimwear ang matatago yung tummy ko? Any suggestions?
