Sexuality / Re: Walang gana
« on: April 03, 2018, 09:00:02 am »
Baka naman stressed lang.

I suggest mas i-level up pa ang pagtulong sa pag-aalaga sa baby (at sa mommy).  This is the best time din para mas galingan pa ang pag-aasikaso sa gawaing bahay, like paglilinis, pagluluto, paghuhugas ng pinagkainan at paglalaba.

Maraming benefits:

Birth Control / Re: All About Althea (OCP)
« on: June 28, 2017, 10:15:16 am »
Hi bugerman,

Yes, Althea causes changes in a woman's libido.  Please see the information I pasted below from the Detailed Prescribing Information for Althea.

If you truly love your wife and your next child.  Please do not use contraceptives.  All Pills, Injectables and other hormonal contraceptives are synthetic hormones that add up to the natural hormones in the woman's body...increasing pain and cancer risk.  Contraceptives do not prevent pregnancy...but, instead, thins the lining of the uterus so the baby could not attach...thus these contraceptives are abortifacient.

Side Effects:   Some women may experience side effects eg, nausea, vomiting, chloasma (melasma) and other skin or hair changes, headache, water retention, slight weight change, breast tenderness and changes in libido. Menstrual irregularities eg, spotting, breakthrough bleeding or amenorrhea can occur during its use. Most of these side effects are mild and usually disappear after a few months of contraceptive use.

Hi Jhe,

Walang magandang Pills.  Lahat may side effect at madalas nakamamatay.

« on: March 10, 2017, 08:25:55 am »

« on: July 09, 2016, 03:59:28 am »
Hi janette,

Hi,

kailangan ng dates ng mga first day ng menstruation period mo at ng date din ng intercourse para malaman natin talaga.

Hindi ka naman siguro buntis.  Kung nagkasakit ka o kahit na-stress noong days na dapat ay nag-release ka ng egg (Ovulation or about 14 days before next mens)...pwedeng ma-delay ang ovulation mo at ma-move on a later date ang mens mo.

Hello po sir Jo ask ko lang po kasi i just gave birth last nov 22 2015 and dumating yung first period ko ng dec 18 nag stop ng dec 23 or 24 diko na po matndaan and same date the ff month jan 18 and feb 18. :(

Hi,

Medyo gender biased yata ang title nitong thread.  Pag kaming mga lalaki, it's more of using the tongue.

I love doing it.  For me, it's extended kissing...a physical, sexual expression...when I could let her fully experience all my gentleness, my passion, my desire...my adoration.  Sometimes it's all that we do.  After a shower, she would just lie on the bed and I kiss her all over.

Actually, I've been telling her that she doesn't need any preparation...kahit di siya magwash o magshower.  I tell her that I love the natural scent of her skin...even with sweat.  I would love to kiss her whole being...body, mind, soul, spirit.  I would always build up her confidence with herself, particularly with her body, and especially during such intimate moments.

She would feel a sense of complete freedom, so she opens herself completely to me, and lets go of herself as she experiences full body orgasms and female ejaculations (squirting).  I am the one who swallows.  When she comes kasi, I must reduce the stimulation, let her contract, allow the spasms and all I could do is open my mouth and consume all of her.  Then I go up so I could be face to face with her, kiss her on the forehead and embrace her, assuring her that I am there with her and everything is alright.  And she knows that she can have more.  Minimum yata lagi eh 3 to 5 mulitple orgasms per round.

She's asked me a couple of times na kung bakit ko daw alam kung paano gawin sa kaniya yun at napaka-intense.  Virgin kasi ako when we met (I was 24 years old) and she was my first kiss and in everything.  I always tell her the truth.  I am a passionate man and I was very much in touch with my sexuality when we met.  I prepared for the day that we will meet by reading and watching videos that made me fully informed and ready.

She also tells me how she wishes she could tell about her experience to other women (So, I know and understand how some of you here feel about sharing in this topic.)

Anyway, I am leveling up my skills now.  I am reading a book about giving better oral sex to her.  It's written by a male author who has a PhD. in Sexology.

The book clearly defined and discussed everything and more about this art of giving Cunnilingus.  It even suggests that it can go beyond foreplay...redefining it and  become "coreplay"...which means that it could be more than just stimulation...that it can replace the traditional sexual act in its entirety.  It's because Science and research tells us that the woman's Clitoris is primarily for sexual pleasure and it has no other function than that. Most of us are only aware of its visible part so we think of it as small.  It is really an entire organ in itself, with most of its parts lying just beneath skin and tissues.  It includes the G-Spot, as well as the Vulva, the outer lips and the inner lips.  A woman's Clitoris is about twice as sensitive as a man's Penis.  The Vagina is much less sensitive and is more intended for having a baby.  This could also help us understand why there are many women who confess that they could not reach orgasm.

After reading the book, even young people, particularly single women could reconsider when they think and decide whether to wait for the right time or beginning to engage in sex before marriage.  There's so much more reason now to wait...when your man will love you and commit himself wholly to you in marriage.  A lot of people now are poisoned and misinformed by pornography and popular culture.

I am willing to share more information about this topic and details about the book.  You may send me private messages or emails.

Hi,

Ang Feb. 3 ay exactly 14 days after Jan. 21.  Day 14 is the highest fertile day or ovulation day for many women.

Then after 10 days akala ko meron ulit ako, pero ang konti lang niya as in. Pang 4 days na pong ganito. Ano po kaya ito? Nag do po kami ng bf ko Feb 3 and 6 po. thank u

Birth Control / Re: When can i get pregnant after giving birth?
« on: February 17, 2016, 08:59:13 am »
Hi,

Hanggat dry, at dry for two days in a row, hindi ka mabubuntis.

You can send me a private message or email if you need to know more.  I am willing to help.

Worried lang ako coz kakapanganak ko lang last November 20,2015 breastfeeding naman ako so wala pakong menstruation pero nag kakaspot ako everytime na napapagod ako sa household. My chance bang mapreggy ako although wala pa menstruation ko? Grabe kasi yung craving ko now mag 3months na baby ko this February 20. Hope may makasagot TIA :)

Dear Leny,

Thank you sa pagbibigay ng mga dates ng first day ng menstruation period mo.  Good news.

Based on your previous menstruation pattern, ang fertile days mo ay from May 24 to June 1.

Ang possible peak time o ovulation days mo ay any day from May 28 to 31.

Pero mas nauunang namamatay ang sperm carrying the chromosomes for a possible male na baby.  Naka-survive ang sperms carrying chromosomes for a possible female baby. Reference: Shettle's Method of Gender Selection.

Kaya, girl ang baby mo :-).

I am glad that I have answered this ha.

May God bless you with a healthy baby and a loving, understanding boyfriend.

Dear Leny,

Hi Leny,

Today kasi, Nov. 5...Day 15 na.

Kaya try to relax ha.

Kung may discharge ka these days at okay ka lang...in about 14 days...around Nov. 19 magkakaroon ka na ulit.  Thank you for sharing here ha.  Please don't hesitate to ask for more inforrmation.  Sending me a pm also helps a lot since I would be notified through email.

14
Dear meshie14,

Thank you for sharing ha.

Flow ba siya ng blood for 2 or more days?

March 10 to April  3 (25 Days Cycle)
April 4 to June 3 (61 Days)

Kailan ang last mens mo?  Magkaiba kasi ang binigay mo:

June 4? - (sabi mo sa PM)
June 6?

Hi ghail68,

Menstruation Period - kapag flowing blood for two (2) or more days.

Spotting - kung konting bleeding lang for two days or less.

Source:
"The menstrual phase is the phase during which the lining of the uterus, called the endometrium, is shed as menstrual flow out of the cervix and vagina. This process is what women experience during their menstrual periods, and the menstrual flow actually consists of blood, mucus, and tissue. The first day of menstrual flow is defined as day number one of the next menstrual cycle. Menstruation lasts for approximately 3 to 7 days, although some women have shorter or longer periods. Menstruation is triggered by reduced levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone at the end of the previous menstrual cycle. The onset of a new menstrual period indicates that the woman is not pregnant."

"Spotting occurs when the uterus sheds blood intermittently between periods. Alternative names for spotting include: abnormal uterine bleeding, bleeding between periods, intermenstrual bleeding, and metrorrhagia. Many women who experience spotting can be alarmed."
