Tip sa mga mommies na may plan pumunta sa disneyland. July and August is peak season kc summer sa kanila. Super init na, mahal pa bayad sa disneyland. Yun can check on there website yung mga price difference

Excited na din ako magpa-rebond. Kaya lang sabi ng OB ko as long as nagpapa breastfeed bawal daw magpa-rebond.

I gave birth 6 months ago. So haircut, blower at straightening iron muna ako.

Thanks mommies sa mga reply. Nagpa gupit na rin ako nitong weekend. Nagkaroon ako ng peace of mind. Kala ko kung ano ng nangyayari.

Sabi nung hair stylist normal daw yun paglalagas ng buhok after manganak kc nangyari din daw yun sa kanya.

Hi mommies! MEron po ba sa inyong naka-experience mag hairfall after manganak and habang nagbi-breastfeed?

I gave birth 5 months ago and last month nag start ako mag hair fall. Nakakaloka parang mauubos yung buhok ko. Natatakot naman ako magpa hair treatment kc nagbi-breastfeed ako. Napanood ko sa TV na pag nanganganak daw maraming nawawalang nutrients sa katawan natin kc napupunta sa baby. Pati pag nagbi-breastfeed kc kahati natin sa nutrients si baby. kaya naglalagas daw buhok, madaling napuputol ang kuko at kung ano ano pa!

Any suggestions on how to cure this? thanks!

According to my OB there are 2 kinds of Cervical vaccine. yung mura na pinapatalastas sa TV at yung may kamahalan.

Mas maganda pa din daw yung medyo mahal. 5K yta yun. Kung baga daw sa 10 strains, 8 yung protektado ka. Tapos yung mura na 1500, 4 strains lang ng virus pinapatay nila.

Yung first shot ko dyan sa Pinas. Yung 2nd dito na sa US.

wala pa nga bpa-free avent dito pinas. clear yellowish yung color ng avent na bpa-free. nagpabili ako sa US kay hubby para sa newborn namin.

Last papsmear ko was last year, ang findings vaginasis (don't know the correct spelling). Sabi ng OB nasobrahan daw kaka-wash at kakagamit ng feminine wash kaya komonti yung good bacteria. Pinag-take ako ng antibiotics kahit 1 mos preggy na ako. Safe naman daw yun. And dapat once a day lang daw gagamit ng feminine wash, bago matulog.

Yung ginagawa ko po, the old, traditional & painful way - Tawas! Pero super effective. Yun nga lang mapapa-iyak ka sa sakit pero after several minutes wala na po yung singaw.

Pump ka lang po lagi ng breastmilk. In my case, nagti-take po ako ng Natalac. Pati Pro-lacta (may nakuha akong mga free samples). Taking warm bath or shower also helps. Minsan sa shower pa lang po tumutulo na yung milk.

Then I just bought an double electric pump ng Playtex. Sabi kc nakakarami daw ng breastmilk ang electric pump kysa sa manual. Ngayon ko pa lang ita-try. And advisable daw po yun sa mga working moms. Will let you know po kung totoo!
