=============
so happy for you sis! :)
For other moms you may opt to ask for the med rep's contact number para diretso kayo sa kanila. I'm sure mas mura yon.  :) But again bulk bentahan nila, usually per case.

(guests get to choose drinks, which is mahirap kasi some order A LOT. sasabihin pa they would pay, pero alam naman natin na tayo din magbabayad non di ba :) ) So I think cheaper if umorder na lang kami ng bottomless iced tea for everyone.

Hi, Mommies.

My baby is 13 months old and can drink from either breast or bottle.  On her 3rd month (before my maternity leave ends), I trained her to drink milk from the bottle.

How?
- breast milk is expressed during the day.
- stored breast milk is thawed overnight, and heated (40C) in a bottle warmer

Tiniis ko lang na umiiyak si baby during the day.  Kasi naisip ko kung hindi ako magiging consistent on feeding her on a bottle during the day, lalo sya magugutom kapag pumasok na ako. Ayon, successful naman.  If memory serves me right, on the 3rd day, nakuha na niya ang routine na during the day she needs to feed from the bottle and at night from mommy :)

Hanggang ngayon ganoon set up namin.  Kaya tuwing nakikita niya ako sa gabi, alam niya comforting time na kasi sa breast na sya magmimilk.

Sana nga lang magwork pa ang ganitong technique sa older babies. :)

Hi Mommy RoGue!

I pre-ordered the hardbound copies kasi hindi daw sila nag-oorder noon talaga.  Paperback lang available. :)
It's not the 3-in-1 book. But just the same, you can order for any book that you want in any National Bookstore branch.

Ordered the items last November 28--I got it after 4 weeks.  Full payment on credit card; 50% on cash.

Here are the details:
National Bookstore Powerplant Branch
Tel no: 897 4346
Look for Kristy / Joyce / Liza (Customer service)

Title of Books: The Power of a Praying Husband & The Power of a Praying Wife
Author: Stormie Omartian
Price (hardbound): 889.00 (November 2011 pricing)

You can pre-order at any bookstore ( I think kahit sa Fully Booked) :) They just need a downpayment.

I hope this helps!

Hi Mommy HesaMomz08!

Nope it is an appetite enhancer:
http://www.mims.com/Philippines/drug/info/Heraclene/Heraclene%20cap

usually administered to:
Premature babies, low birth wt, retarded growth, poor appetite in infant, childn & adult, adjuvant to treatment of TB & other chronic ailments, convalescence from acute infection or surgery, faulty nutrition in older people (copied from the sate site).

:)

hi, experienced the same. so frustrating. :(
Pero good thing is bumawi rin naman si baby.  Pedia gave her heraclene and it worked (not immediate though)!  You may want to ask your pedia about it too :)

Money / Re: usapang Salary
« on: February 19, 2012, 01:01:00 pm »
When our baby has not arrived yet, kanya kanya kami ng ATMs (salary), but we have a joint account too :) That set up lasted about 2 years. But when we bought a house and when the baby came, we need to track our finances a little more closely.

Currently, hubby gets his allowance for the month. He also has the ATM of our joint account for emergencies (or biglaang party sa office).  We don't want our hubbies to always shy away from unplanned office dinners, right :) It also helps to track expenses if most of them are paid through credit card. We just share one, too.

is this for a kiddie party (but most guests would be adults?)  :)

You may try stools (not the minis because it's way TOO SMALL and not functional at all.) You may order from handicrafts atbp.

If I were a guest, I would also love receiving aquazorb towels--you may purchase this from powerplant.  They have a small stall, and they sell 100php for a set of three face towels. These are really fab and useful. If budget's tight, you may opt stress balls (or any figure for that matter).  These are quite cheap at divi.

If may budget kahit na wala ng giveaway--you may get  Starbucks for 100 cups of whatever coffee (hot or cold) they want. I personally would want to attend a party with overflowing frappe!

wow good to know about dun sa spray dried, at least worth it naman pala pero grabe pa din yung tinaas 40pesos! same din naman yata yung content... sayang tinapon ko old can nung hw pa so can't compare yung HA now... same din ba contents or may increase na vitamins etc kaya nagmahal?

i like nan hw since prone to allergies si baby, gusto ko nga ishift sa pro kasi masmura pero takot naman ako kasi egg white nga lang or chicken nagrarash na sya.

hello! I called Nestle, pareho lang daw po yung Nan HA and Nan HW. Mahal kasi milk ngayon sa global market. Kaya yung iba lagay naglalagay na  lang ng maraming fillers like maltodextrin.
