i used to be a gymnastic way back in high school pero ngaun OMG! i cant even touch my toes while stretching hahaha..kalawang na..
@mommy jazz-mommie jazz about salsa article yung link:( anyway search ko n din thanks a lot...
@chococream: awww cebu pa pala...CS din me matagal tagal pa bago ako makapag hard work out,baka bumuka ang sugat ..baka habang nag popole dancing ako lumaglag yung mga bituka ko hahaha...

I just want to ask mga mommies,if anyone tried pole dancing to lose weight after giving birth...
sobrang i want to try this exercise..though some conservative people thinks its not decent exercise..what do you think mommies?

awww..mahirap kapag nahuhulog si baby specially those babies na hindi pa nakakapag salita, they cant tell you kung san ang masakit:(...just watch out for some vomiting or other symptoms kasi baka mamaya my internal bleeding na di pa alam..me and my hubby decided to sleep sa floor kasi sobrang kulit ng baby ko 360 degress ang ikot umaabot hanngang paanan namin kaya bumili kame ng mosquito net yung worth 499 n parang tent..atleast kampante kameng matulog walng fear of fall ky baby ang gingawa lang namin hatak dito hatak dun kasi kung san san nakakrating pero atleast di lalayo kasi my tent hehehhe

hello mga mommies

im new here in SP i just read some post from mommy jazz na naka inspire for me to join...I just want to ask kung ano ano mga sidelines ninyo at home...i dont have any work right now..im a ofw nurse before I gave birth..kinakapos na ako financially and nakakaboring minsan.. I just want to have some income naman kahit papano? any ideas po ? or referals?

Right now ang pinaka naiisip ko is to do some baby shot/prenup shot..near my house ..freelance photographer din ako dati  ..i dont want to bargain ng sobrang low price but  ok n rin kaysa naman naka tengga yung mga gears ko at wala akong ginagawa ...

beside  photography  any suggestions mga mommies about your sidelines? thanks everyone..:P

haaaaay so hard to get trusted yaya..I gave up my career  kasi ever since we dont have maids/yaya...we are extended family so tulong tulong lang kame .the problem is my mom, my dad and my aunt are getting older ;so I had to get  maid...anyway for those mommies na napansin ninyo na may scar or anything si baby specialy sa face(head part) try to double check ng mabuti, lalo na dun sa mga babies na hindi pa nakakapag salita, because you never know what happen sa baby nyo, iba ang kwento ng yaya at ang totoong nangyari kay baby.baka mamaya nahulog pala yung baby tapos nag karon ng internal hemorrage... fata yunl! pag hindi naagapan baka mas maging worst scene pa.

huhuh parang durog na durog ang puso ko..while reading your story napapatingin ako sa anak ko..kasi sometimes may mga pag kakataong may parehas tayong sitwasyon:(..hold on sis..just pray always...
