sobrang sisi ko nung hindi ako gumamit ng binder. ang init kase tapos medyo itchy siya. syempre bagong panganak pa lang ako nun kaya medyo nakakairita kapag mainit tapos feeling mo hindi ka makakilos ng maayos.

nung naging 34 inches na ang waistline ko dun ako naalarma. nagpa personal trainer ako and workout ako lage. nag-diet din ako sa food. bawal ang maalat at matatamis. so far 27 inches na ang waistline ko. onti na lang.
tamang exercise at tamang diet lang mga sis.
