If natural na maputi kilikili mo, eventually it will go back to normal. But if hindi ka mapalagay ng walang ginagawa, try applying evaporated milk. Mix 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk and 2 drops calamansi juice. Apply on your armpit and let it stay for at least 30 min.  Rinse it well. Do this everyday, you'll see results soon.

Your Kid's Health and Safety / Re: dogs and baby
« on: February 06, 2013, 08:41:19 pm »
Hi jena,

I'm a dog lover. But after I gave birth, pina alagaan ko muna dog ko sa sister ko.I had to make sure na malinis na malinis ang house for the baby. And yung mga balahibo na natatanggal can trigger allergic reactions like asthma. My baby is now a toddler and nasa amin na ulit ang dog ko.

But for newborns, keep your house or atleast the baby's room pet free.

Nahirapan din ako mag conceive before. I had OB work up, and hormone therapy. If you are from or near Davao City, try to visit the fertility clinic at brokenshire hospital.

Good luck

I had the same experience. Mas lumala nung 8 months preggy na ako. I can't sleep na naka lie flat on my back. Parating 45 degrees elevated ang ulo ko. Semi sitting position actually. Minsan nakakatulog ako ng side lying pero may pillow to support my tummy. Super nahirapan talaga ako. i had to endure it unitl makapnganak. But after giving birth, sulit lahat ng pagod at hirap sa pregnancy.

I thought pang tanggal scars and pang prevent ng keloids lang ang contractubex. It works with stretch marks din pala? May chance pa kaya ang stretch marks ko? 2 years old na bay ko.

Your Health / Re: help. bonggang falling hair! (not related to post birth)
« on: February 06, 2013, 08:06:16 pm »
Hi Collean!

Change your shampoo. It might be too harsh for your hair. To grow your hair back, gumamit ka natural coconut milk. babad mo sa hair mo at least 30 minutes everyday before ka mag shower. Proven ko yan. I had extreme hair loss after giving birth.

« on: February 05, 2013, 08:20:35 pm »
Kapag nalulungkot ako, I end up going out for a pizza treat. Sometimes I go to the beach, take a dip and reminisce on the good memories I had with my high school friends. My high school days were really fun. ;)

Labor and Child Birth / Re: baby is due due, no signs of labor
« on: December 26, 2012, 10:05:44 am »
Hi sis!

NSD ako for my two kids.

But then again, you need to take note of your pain tolerance also. Baka super ang tolerance mo like me. :D
Have a safe delivery sis!

Hi shelaih,
Here are my answers to your questions
   a. ilang months po bago kayo nakarecover?
Recovery varies from person to person. But talking about the incision, generally, few weeks ok na ang sugat sa skin pero ang sugat sa loob, it would take around 3 months or so to heal.

   b. pwede ba na gising ako while sini-CS?
Yes. It is possible to perform the C-Section na gising ka. Just tell your anesthesiologist if gusto mo gising ka during the entire process

   c. Ilang araw po kayo nagstay sa hospital?
Hospital stay is 3 to 4 days

   d. naka catheter po ba kayo? i have cousin kasi na naoperahan naman sya sa appendix (ruptured) so ang tahi niya is like sa CS po pag gising niya naka catheter po sya... –
Yes. If you can move your legs already, puwede nang tanggalin ang catheter. But remember you have to “pee” within 4 hours after the catheter is removed. This will show na wala nang effect ang anesthesia sa bladder mo. If hindi ka naka “pee” within 4 hours, there's a possibility na ma catheter ka ulit.

e.ano pong tawag dun sa binder na nilalagay sa tummy after i-CS?how much and where ako makakabili? –
It's called abdominal binder. Meron niyan sa hospital pharmacy and malalaking drugstore like Mercury Drugs hindi ko lang alam kng magkano.

f.pwede ba maglakad agad after ng operation? or mga ilang days pa?
Ideally, after natanggal na ang effect ng anesthesia sa katawan mo, or ma feel mo na ang legs mo, kailangan mo nang kumilos. Iyan ang sinasabi ng nurses na “ambulate as soon as possible”. Kasi kapag nglalakad-lakad ka mas madaling bumalik sa normal function ang intestines mo and other organs, mas mapapaaga ang discharge mo. But do not force yourself na mglakad agad. Start with elevating the head of the bed. Then you could sit on your bedside and dangle your feet. Then you can walk slowly but with assistance of course until na kayang kaya mo na mglakad alone.

You will not feel anything from your "tummy" down to your legs.

Have a safe delivery!

Labor and Child Birth / Re: baby is due due, no signs of labor

Hi Nhikai. It’s ok if you’re still not feeling any signs of labor on your 39th week of preganancy. May hanggang 42 weeks ka pa naman. But then again, it will be better if hindi na umabot ng 42 weeks. Since it could possess greater risk for you and for your baby. For one, there’s a great chance na mka “poop” si baby even before mo siya mailabas. And that could be very scary because your baby could aspirate and it could lead to serious infection. Also, habang tumatagal, ng dedecrease ang amniotic fluid mo that may lead to dry labor which could really be painful. So the best thing to do is to do some squatting exercises, walk around your subdivision or your house, and do the kegel exercise para maging strong ang pelvic muscle mo. Most importantly, be sensitive to the movements of your baby. Good luck sis and have a safe delivery!
