Hi sis! My two daughters are both enrolled at SEIS (grade 1 and 2). Both of them are enjoying school. Lagi sila excited pumasok at love nila teachers nila. May balance ang education and extra curicular activities. You'll see the progress kasi inuuwi nila ang mga activity sheets nila. Walang books kasi modules gamit nila kaya tipid yun for us. Other schools kasi would charge around 4k just for the books :) Tight din ang security. Di pwede pumasok ng basta basta. So far so good :)

For my youngest daughter's birthday last year we only had a budget of 10k kasi kaka 7th party ng ate niya. I asked her what she wanted for her birthday, sabi niya lots of gifts including lalaloopsy tapos play all day the playground. so what we did was we went to MOA, ate at a restaurant she wanted, let her and ate play at Cosmic Kidz while I and hubby went to around the stores to buy her all the gifts she wanted. Syempre pina gift wrap din namin lahat. hehe. When went got home, we had cheesecake (fave cake niya), blew her candle, and opened all her presents. She was so happy she got all she wanted for her birthday. :) Our Eldest immediately said she wanted the same for her birthday next year. :)

@aushi -we're also planning to get jive as added entertainment. mahilig din kasi kumanta at sumayaw ang birthday girl ko. was initially planning on a hi-5 theme pero we'll change it to lalaloopsy kasi yun talaga hilig niya. kahit lalaloopsy pa yang theme pakakantahin ko pa rin ang jive ng hi-5 songs :D

For my youngest daughter's 7th birthday so far eto mga naiisip ko i-DIY:
 - birthday cake and 2 other cakes for the dessert table, actually buong dessert table including the themed decors, like the tarp, the tags, the labels and all
- avp
- name tag
- thinking of making a button shaped candy shower pero plan pa lang.. hehe
- sdd and invites
- additional decors like pompoms and banderitas kasi stage lang pagagawan ko ng decor sa stylist. no need for table centerpiece since fastfood party naman

our previous parties were budgeted between 70-90k. ngayon i'll try a 30-50k ranged budget. tingin ko mas ideal yung budget na yun.. imo, normally ang nagpapamahal lang naman sa party eh yung cost ng venue, catering, and host. to achieve a lower budget kelangan talaga sa fast food ang venue to cut cost on those three items (venue, catering, and host). also pwede rin lower your number of guests, piliin lang mga close friends and relatives. :)

How did it go sis? any of our suggestion helped? if kulang pa yun, try mo na rin eo - lagayan mo ng baking soda yung stained area tapos buhusan ng suka. let it do its work tapos scrub. :)

Greenex lang ang katapat niyan sis. Put greenex directly on the stain. wait for around 3-5mins then scrub. If that doesn't work try mo muriatic acid.

Home / Re: Achieving your Dream Home
« on: May 01, 2014, 05:19:01 am »
This topic is very timely for me kasi final inspection na namin sa aming dream home by Monday :) Super thankful ako kay God sa blessings!

What we did to achieve this, I guess biggest factor ang prayers and more prayers.:)

join ako sa thread mga sis:)

sa sept 18 naman 7th bday ng bunso namin but we're celebrating it on 20th para weekend. so far wala pang booked pero may mga supplier's na kami na nacontact. we'll have a simple celebration lang with our families, her god parents, and close friends. approx 50-60pax siguro including kids. so far eto ang mga kukunan namin ng suppliers :

1. venue and host : shakey's bluewave macapagal
2. photo/video
3. entertainment - 30mins mini concert ng hi-5 songs
4. balloon artist/supplier - for the stage at ceiling lang
5. dessert table and cake - diy
6. souvenirs - personalized activity book/magazine

joining this thread!

for our youngest daughter's 7th birthday ang request niya school party kaya naisip ko naman magpa house party rin sa house on weekend for our relatives, friends, and her friends sa village.

ako naman wala pa akong naisip sa activities. basta may foods tapos may dessert spread sa isang area tapos activity na mapaglilibangan ng kids..ano nga ba maganda.. i still dont know..

lalaloopsy ang theme namin.
