diet? nyahaha. oo nga gutom na ko. di talaga pwede na fruits lang kainin ko.  :-[ mamaya kakain kami ni hubby. kakatamad lang kasi lumabas sa office to get merienda, sobrang init

i like also black gulaman, milk tea (crushed ice pa din), mango sago - teka puro malamig lang ito ah

cheese quesadillas, pizza, eat all you can merienda (pati na nga breakfast-lunch-dinner buffet).

try mo human nature body butter.

two years ago, before i gave birth, i tried all kinds of lotions, also petroleum jelly, vco. nagka stretch marks pa din ako.

6 months na i've been using the body butter and i noticed nag lighten na stretch marks.

the human nature sunflower oil is also recommended for preventing and minimizing stretch marks but i haven't tried it for that. i've tried it though for other purposes, so far good.

Pamahiin / Re: kapag nagkaanak ng girl dahil nagloko si hubby?
« on: April 28, 2011, 01:19:16 pm »
we women should not repeat this kind of talk since this is discriminatory and demeaning to us.

sometimes we just don't realize it so, we toss around comments like these and our daughters (and sons) hear us, thinking it's ok.

look at this pamahiin for instance. "pambayad utang", even in jest, is nothing to celebrate. and we brand our daughters this?

"effect" of pagloloko ni hubby is us giving birth to our daughters?

there are a lot of talk, pamahiin, jokes discriminating against girls and women and yet, we women repeat these stuff. we should be more aware.

my comment may be too serious here but please consider the effect on the self-respect of our daughters.

Single Moms / Re: Lagot! Baby, asked..."daddy ko?"

ay truly ang hirap!

when will his dad be ready? pag naging dad ka na rin baby. oh no! pero palagay ko, matagal pa.

sis di ko rin alam sagot. hard to post a reply.

if i were in your shoes, and if he repeats the question and sounds more insistent, then that's the time i will answer him. right now, it's better to prepare your answer.

my answer will be: "your daddy can't be with us right now." if he asks "why not?" a vague answer: "because it's not the right time and he is not ready. it's time for you to be with mommy right now and i'm always here for you"

if still insistent: "if we pray that your daddy becomes ready to be with you, then maybe he can be ready and be with you sooner"

i really don't know if it will work.

Special Occassions / Re: Civil Wedding requirements and procedures

ross_15 welcome to SP!

both of you being 23, you only need parental advise, not consent, but this should still be attached to the application for marriage license.

bakit pa magpa secret wedding? sis, magulo lang ito, baka ma invalid pa later. think many times pa why pa secret wedding.

usually "secret wedding" just means di pa ipasok sa local civil registry. talo ka dyan sis.

sisses, only P300/session of laser hair removal, grab at least 6 sessions!

until 12 midnight today, 15 april to get this deal.

post na lang here if their procedure is good.

casperthegoat, as i posted in the other thread (chickenpox vaccine), cheaper all vaccines you listed here, in jacob's ladder, doctor din administer. ask them about their prices kasi di sila bigay written quotes/flyers.

^mommylala, di na ganun ka expensive laser (not like before) and most of the time may promos naman. sometimes, less than 1,000 pesos/session na. just watch out for promos. plus, even medium sized salons and spas have this na.

pero if still expensive for you, wax na talaga alternative na longer period to wax again, usually 2 weeks or more. try sa beauty portion of department stores, they have wax strips for sale, about P500 pesos or more. meron din sa salons na wax treatment but more expensive than these strips.

laser. about 6-8 sessions. though a bit expensive, minimal growth na lang if ever, after you finish your sessions.

wax, painful, but growth is slower than if shaved.
