Sa init ng panahon ngayon, usually 3 times ko silang naliliguan. one in the morning, second before nap time and third before bed time.  :)

At this point hinde ko na naiisip, nung nagsisimula pa lang kami, andun yung fear na baka paghihiwalay din ang ending namin. Lagi kong naiisip kung ano kaya ang possible reasons na paghiwalayan namin at minsan hindeng hinde ko makakalimutan eto, nagshare ako sa husband ko, bf ko pa sya nun kung ano sa palagay niya ang paghihiwalayan namin. Immature thinking nga on my part, he said, bakit kailangan kong isipin kung ano paghihiwalayan namin at ubusin ko energy ko dun, bakit di ko isipin kung ano magpapatibay sa relasyon namin. Take each day at a time. So far so good 13 years of being together, 5 years nun bf ko sya, 2 wonderful kids. I cannot ask for more.  As long as you two stay to be committed to each other nothing will come between the two of you.

i only tried Althea, first time ko lang nagtry this june and unfortunately hinde ako nahiyang. When i took it, i'm bleeding for almost a month. I only have 3 days na as in walang period, and my mood swings and headache grabe. Di ko na ulit tinake, Then right now nagpareseta ulit ako, OB gave me Yaz sana mahiyang ako. Im still waiting for my period to start on it. Hiyangan lang talaga ang pills.

i tried althea last june as prescribed by my Ob pero di ako nahiyang kaya one pack lang, OB switch to Yaz i bought this afternoon 744 yata. Hope mahiyang ako dun, ang mahal na ng pills now adays grrrr

I finished  the first two books, still undecided to read the third book. I'm still thinking what else the third book will offer. May mga parts kasing nakakabore na yung kwento, and while reading you will ask yourself, how they can have so much energy doing those acts..Nakakapagod tuloy basahin hahaha. But still nakakatuwa yung book, kasi its about love . acceptance, forgiveness and compromise. And also i like the email exchanges of Christian and Ana. Dapat bukas ang isip ng mga babasa nito, since hinde ganito kabukas ang culture natin sa ganitong klaseng relationships.

I tried both, mas masarap talaga ang Anmum,  first pregnancy ko tyaga ko sa paginom ng gatas, now on my second tamad na tamad ako. HInde ako consistent sa paginom ng anmum milk, mas gusto ko naman ngayon ang fresh milk na lang. Sabi ni OB ok lang naman basta gatas, para sa calcium need natin. Kahit din hinde anmum o enfamama, kung ano daw makasundo ng panlasa ko, just make sure to have some source of calcium for the baby.

Lagi rin akong naiiyak everytime maalala kong the first time i saw my baby. Ang sarap sa pakiramdam kahit ang sakit sakit pa din habang tinatahe ako after my normal delivery carry na. Nung lumabas si baby since kita ko naman na sya nagulat ako, sabi ko ,,huh baby? si baby ko pala yun puro buhok kasi hahaha then nung nilinisan na binigay sa akin si baby ayun, kiss ko si baby then i said i love you baby.

Sarap talaga sa pakiramdam talagang moment lang naming dalawa ni baby kasi nasa labas naman si hubby nun. hehe

hi sis mamutintin, ang hirap hirap nga ng ganyan. My son naman is 1.8 months but mahina lang sa milk pero sa solid ok naman. Before ganyan din sya, his pedia asked to change his milk to pediasure, di kasi mabilis ang weight gain ni baby. Then never get tired of giving him solids. Introduce more and more solids or isabay mo na sa inyo baka gusto kasabay kayo pagkain. I let my son hold his food kahit makalat lang dun ko kasi napapansin ginaganahan sya.

Ano ba fave food niya sis? baka gusto niya yung ganung mga ganung tipo ng substitutes. Like my son ayaw niya ng malalagkit tulad ng mga kalabasa so yung tipong chewable ang gagawin ko or like ayaw ng breast part ng chicken.

Patience saka mix and match din hanggang mahuli mo dila ni baby :)

Hay i think this one is true, after a D& C and normal delivery naman, napansin ko talagang im becoming forgetful. Usually nalilimutan ko kung san ko nilagay ang isang gamit at madals nalilimutan ko ibaba ng on switch ng rice cooker kaya minsan nalelate kami ng kain hehe :) Worse right after giving birth nalilimutan ko pangilang takal na yung milk ni baby or napainom ko na ba ng medicine. But right now, medyo nagimprove na, nag read ako ng read at nagsolve ng puzzles, i think this one helps a lot.

Sana on my second pregnancy, hay di na magworse ang pagiging makakalimutin ko. haisst..hirap ng daming iniisip talaga  :(

Im twenty six when i got pregnant and gave birth at twenty seven. NOw at twenty nine ill be giving birth to our second baby :) hay ang bilis....
