hi all. i know there's a bill re:yaya/household help. it details ano salary nila (magkaiba range in manila than sa province) and the benefits. 3500 ata here sa manila, 2500 sa provinces if i remember it right

for sss, part of it should be shouldered by the employer( that's us) and part from their salary. it works the same way when we get paid sa corporate world. so if salary niya 3k, meron corresponding amount ba babawas dyan for her contribution. more details at the sss website :)

we panicked when baby was days old pa lg and he got hiccups. todo google agad kami! hahaha. hiccups will eventually fade. it's normal daw since babies still do not have a fully developed system. friends suggested the sinulid or the papel technique pero those were not proven effective and wala naman explanations so di namin ginawa. hehe

my baby's head is kinda distorted din. hehe. i mean he has a side preference. whenever he's asleep he uses his right side. we used to put barriers for him to turn left pero he manages to get away with it especially at night! he's 3 months now and so far medyo naayos ang shape. sana lg makuha pa sa massage at d masyadong obvious na pngit shape ng ulo niya. hehe

when our baby was more than a month old, we though he has colic as he is fussy when sleep time comes. according to our pedia colic daw develops at 4 month old pa. during that time, he wants to be cuddled. we swaddled him until 2 months for him to easily sleep and not easily awaken. now at 3 months he can sleep without the swaddling blanket.

my pedia did not recommend mansanilya as it can burn babies skin daw kasi manipis pa masyado. we were prescribes restime medicine for colic pero d rin kami nakabili and nakagamit kasi swaddling lg naging solution namin :)

hi :)

d namin pinapadapa si baby when sleeping. since he dont have control over his head pa kaya more prone to SIDS. tummy time lg kapag awake.

we use to swaddle him to get him to relax and sleep. now, 3 months na sya, he can sleep without the swaddle pero not in tummy side pa din :)
