hi mommies i dont know if i can vent this here pero sobra na fu-frustrate ako. i sold our ipad first generation online. for a minimal cost 2500 to be exact. dapat 3k pero tumawad ang buyer. Pinapalitan ko pa sya ng bagong battery before selling it we tried the batt for 5days. yung eldest ko gumagamit. since first generation sya as in yung unang unang labas ng ipad limited lang kaya niya gawin. old apps. play movies na naka sync and also music. just to be sure hindi bibigay ang batt. and since batt ang pinalitan kailangan iopen ang ipad. technically pag open ang rubber ng screen medyo matatanggal kasi luma na sya 1st gen nga e. so pag balik may kaunti awang. nasa picture naman.

nakalagay sa fb ad ko na first gen sya. so just like me na buyer aalamin ko muna ano ba binibili ko. etong buyer ko eager. sinabi ko first gen. walang camera. insisting pa rin sya bilhin. sabi ko we cant meet sa gusto niya meeting place because of my baby sya lahat pupunta sa mga meeting place na pwede ako. she said yes and before i gave the ipad sabi ko itest niya. pero nagmamadali daw sya at may sakit sya. pati yung pag punta niya ng maaga sa meeting place na sinabi ko mga 6-7 kami makakarating we arrived at 6:45 pm. sinisisi niya sa akin na kesyo 3pm pa lang daw andun na sya. is it my fault na pumunta sya ng maaga na malinaw naman sinabi ko we will leave our place ng 5pm.

APRIL 12. ilang beses ko pa tinext na today lang po at kung hindi po masasauli agad today hindi ko na po tatanggapin. 3x ko tinext at minessage sa fb yan ganyan message. may iba buyer ako na mas naiintindihan yung binebenta ko. so might as well kuhain ko na lang agad. pero she insist wag na daw dami nyang dahilan. kaya ending hindi niya sinauli. tapos ngayon after morethan a week tska niya ini- insist na isauli  ang ipad. same sentiments dami niya hanash kesyo hard earned money pa daw.

e ako rin naman nag tatrabaho.  bakit may mga taong ganun? hindi mo naman niloloko pero parang ikaw pa papalabasin mali.  ang daming sinasabi. malinaw naman mga sagot ko at sinabi ko sa kanya lalo na may proof ako ng mga sinabi ko. pero ang kulit kulit pa rin. yung halos masira na araw mo....

advise ng pedia ko for 12 months and below nebulise only ng salinase no medicines muna. basta 3-4 times a day

maybe you can consult a lawyer kahit sa Public attorneys office lang. they might give you a better answer mahirap kalagayan mo.

I just want to ask po, does any of you knows a school appropriate for my children kc they dont know how to speak tagalog , (father is fil-am) and sa bahay po kc we use english as primary language. Do you have any suggestion if san sila pwede. I have 5 yo and 3 yo son. I want them to have the english environment pra di sila mahirapan mag adjust, marikina or pasig area po. I was thinking of putting them to a home school but i would still want them to go to a physical school. Thanks mommies! God bless po!

hi mommy im fr marikina but before fr pasig also. I enrolled my daugther at ISYC integrated school for your children. english is also they primary language in teaching but they are also teaching the students filipino in preparation for big school. most of the pupils fr ISYC passes at ateneo, lasalle, miriam, assumption for big schools. During the time of my daughter there, every month we have activities that is already included in tuition fee. its a play and learn school. try to visit them. they are located at Gil Fernando avenue. formerly know as p.tuazon marikina.  advise the school owner that I recommended you.  promise hindi ka mag sisi sa school
