          Joining. Please help me naman po mga mommies out there, im planning to take pills na kasi, eversince kasi withdrawal lang kami ni hubby. I want to try Althea sana. Ask ko lang kung kailan sya dapat start ng inom, im on my 3rd day of my period na...Thanks!!!

Ask ko lang po if 1st time mgpi-pills, Diba 1st day dapat ng mens mo sya iinumin...tanong ko kung alin dun yyung una mong iinumin? kasi diba my number sa likod yun o kaya days? pano if 1st day ko eh thursday tpos ang kauna unahan dun sa pills ay monday, alin dun ang uunahin kong inumin? reply naman kayo mga mommies...super thanks po!

I want to start taking pills po..hndi pa kasi ako nkkpg try gumamit nun..can anybody teach me how? when sha kailngan inumin? 1st day of period or after period? I consulted my ob na kasi mjo nguguluhan din kc ako..

hello po tanong ko lang po.  I'm using sophia pills po.  lagpas na ko sa 7th day para masabing safe sabi nga sa leaflet. kaso 2 days ako nagtake ng pill ng 3 hours late. magkasunod na araw yun.  tapos nung mga next day take ko na sya sa regular time na talaga na pa inom ko.  safe ba ko pag nangyari yun?

mga mommies, sa thursday ang 1st day ng mens ko, eh start n sana ako uminom ng althea kaso nkalagay dun sunday ang unang tablet,alin dun yung dapat kong unang inumin? thanks po

I'm using Depo now.. Pero gusto ko na i-stop at magchange sa pills kasi tumataba na ko e.
Okay lang ba na magswitch agad ako?

I gave birth last June 15, 2012 via nsd. Hindi ako niresitahan ng contraceptive agad ng OB kasi need to wait pa daw my period kaso until now mag 8 months post partum na hindi parin ako nagkakaroon ng period. had spotting last Feb 04, 2013 but that's only for a day lang tas hindi naman nagtuloy and had PT negative naman ang results. ayoko na muna magbuntis din and mahirap din gamitan ng natural method kasi i don't know paano malaman kung kelan ako fertile. ayoko rin gumamit ng condom kasi hindi ko feel ..so IUD lang bigla kong naisip since pills and injectibles required na magka preiod muna..hayzz what to do sisses?

Sana ako puwede mag pa IUD?
how much po kaya yun?
required din ba na magkaroon muna ng period for that contraceptive?

Para malaman kung kailan ka fertile, observe mo lang ang mucus secretion/discharge mo everyday, at least twice a day.  Pinaka-accurate kung ang isa sa pag-check mo ay pagkabangon sa umaga at paglakad papunta sa CR.  Kahit pakiramdaman mo lang habang naglalakad ka.  Kung kailangan talaga ng visual check, pwede mong tingan ang underwear mo, pagkaupo mo sa bowl.  Ang pinaka-sure na pag-check sa lahat ay ang pag kuha ng sample at tingnan mo between your thumb and finger. 

Kung may secretion/discharge ka, then consider yourself as fertile.  Kung dry for two days, then safe.

My Lyndavel injectibles expires last October 12, and I don't want to have another shot because I experienced low libido, so I'm planning to go back to pills. I just want to know if do I need to wait for my period for this month or can I take the pills immediately? I'm planning to use Daphne pills because I smoke. Thanks in advance.

helo mga sis!  nagtataka lang ako kasi ang pagkakaalam ko, saka lang magmens pag matapos na yung pills. i started taking the pill oct. 29, 2013. tapos bigla akong nagkaperiod ng nov. 7, 2013.. naglast siya for 7 days.  i gave birth last sept. 19. payo naman mga sis.. patapos na ako sa isang pack. diko alam kung start na  ako agad ulit ng panibago pag matapos ko na ito..help help
