My sister has been calling my daughter gagay after Lady ga**. Because of onesies na pang-araw araw niya at sa walang kamatayang costume ni Lady ga**  :D  My daughter is one of those typical kids who really went ga** everytime she hears Poker Face and telephone. Thus my sister lambing to her. She calls her gagay form then on from being Lady Gagay.

Then the other night while teaching her son educational videos in our laptop. Nakikisama rin yung anak ko. May bagong download akong video for her na hindi niya pa naririnig. Sounds like learning ng  ABC's. My sister will repeat after the video so that lila and my nephew will do the same. It goes like this...

Sister: Apple Apple A a a
Nephew: Apple Apple A a a
Lila: Apow Apow A a a

Sister: Baby Baby Ba ba ba
Nephew: Baby Baby Ba ba ba
Lila: Bebi Bebi Ba ba ba

Goes on and on. I was looking from the sala while Im cleaning until....

Sister: Googles Google Ga ga ga
Nephew: Googles Googles Ga ga ga
Lila: Me! (While beaming at them)

One day, habang naghaharutan kami ng 8yr old son ko...

Josh: Mom, can I have a brother or a sister next year?
Me: Di naman pwede yun
Josh: Why?
Me: Uhhh  ???
Josh: Why nga? My friends nga have brothers and sister.
Me: lets play na lang
 ::)

Minsan naman...
Josh:  Mom, I'll tell you something
Me: Ano yon?
Josh: Don't get mad ha?
Me: ok.
Josh: why don't you go abroad na lang?
Me: but i'll miss you
Josh: There's FB and skype and ym naman eh.

*o nga naman!  ::)

Chloe was crying because she wants to go with me to the office.

daddy: Stop crying!
Chloe: (While crying) I'm trying, i'm trying! ...huhuhu... but I can't.

We were shopping for my son's school things and he kept on checking the toys..
He: mom can I have this?
Me: later honey
He again: pointing to another toy..can I have this one?
Me again: later baby
He with a mad face: why do you always say later?! With his two hands on his waist!

pia while eating her bowl of kokokrunch:
"sana hindi na lang matamis ang kokokrunch"

when i asked her why:
"kasi mabait pag maasim" (kumukunot pa ang noo)

--mahirap lang i-connect but then it's nice to know that she already knows how to answer simple question.  8)

james: ayaw
me: put it back kundi magagalit si mommy
james: (he lied down in bed) sleeping na

hello mga mommies...share ko din experience ko sa baby ko.

Hubby and I were having fight tru chat sa bbm...it was almost 12mn na. As in naiyak nako sa away namin so I decided not to argue and sleep na lang. I put my fone sa may ulunan namin ni baby.

Suddenly nagising c baby..I just ignored him kasi di naman sya umiiyak and he's playing. He got my fone and put it in his ears..so ayun pinapanood ko lang ano gnagawa niya...hello sya ng hello (in a baby talk way) and parang may kausap.

Then kinuha ko na fone s kanya para patulugin na ulit sya...then nakita ko sa fone may chat c hubby asking bakit gising pa daw si baby. yun pala kausap niya daddy niya sa fone...last dialled kc sa fone ko c hubby so parang napindot ni baby kaya nacall niya. I was really amused :) parang ang baby namin ang gumawa ng way para magkabati kami...in his own little innocent way. :)

My 2 years old daughter SAM was playing shapes on my Ipad. She saw the heart shape.
SAM: Mom! Look, TamTam heart!
Me: Yes baby, very good!
SAM: (turn the apps off) TamTam heart gone.
Me: No baby, it's inside your chest.
SAM: (lift her dress up) Mom it's gone!!!  ;D

This happened yesterday while we were getting ready for church. I tried on my pre-baby clothes (for reference, I wore a XXS, and now I am already a M) when my son saw me wearing a dress too small for me. Horrified of how I look siguro  (bursting at the seams??  ::) ) he said "No!, not that one mommy! That's not good for (on)  you! This one lang" referring to a more appropriately fitted shirt.
The sight of a M desperately trying to fit in a XXS obviously offended him  ::) When he saw what his tita was wearing, he open appreciated it. "Wow, that's nice tita!"
I was so embarrassed.

2 nights ago I told  the story of little red riding hood to lila for the first time.

Me: Once upon a time little there was a little girl called little red riding blah blah blah .........

until nakarating na ako dun sa part na inuutusan na ng mommy niya si little red riding hood na dalhin yung basket of food sa lola niya.

Me: Yes her mama told her to bring the food to lola because she's sick....

Nagulat ako bigla syang umupo tas mga ilang seconds humiga na ulit pero parang ang lalim na ng iniisip...

Me: Bakit anak?
Lila: Lola got no money ma? with the puzzled expression like this  :(

Napatawa talaga kami ni hubby  ;D

Then kanina lang while watching wonder pets. Save the pigeon episode. She pronounces pigeon sounded like a Virgen without the r and ewan ko bakit yung P pronounced niya as B. She's 2.2 year old now.

Lila: Bi-gen
Me: No lei. Pigeon.
Lila Biiii-gen.
Me:Pigeon
Lila:Viiii-gen
Me: Anak Pigeon... Pigeon.... Pigeon! (sounded so serious)
She just look at me then said
Lila: (while beaming at me like this ;D ) Ok ma!

Chloe arrived from her school and hurriedly went to look for me inside the house.
Chloe: Mom look! I did good in school, I have a star!
Mom: Where?? ( wondering as she can't see any)..
Chloe: It's here oh!! (pointing to the dorsal part of her hand )..
Mom: Where?? ( confused?! )
Chloe: See it's invisible ink! =D
